Քաղաքագետից՝ «օբիժնիկ»

Հայաստանի քաղաքագետների միության նախագահ (իրականում նման կառույց գոյություն չունի) Հմայակ Հովհաննիսյանը, ով տևական ժամանակ ասպարեզում չկար, կրկին հայտնվեց ու միանգամից պարզ դարձավ, որ այս ամբողջ ընթացքում նա ժամանակը վատնել էր զուր և ընդամենը կորցրել է իրականության զգացողությունը:

Նշենք, որ Հովհաննիսյանն ընդունակ է ցանկացած մարդու համբերության հունից դուրս բերել, դա բոլորին է հայտնի: Նրա երկարատև քաղաքական գործունեությունն այլ բան չէ, քան աջ ու ձախ խայթելու, փնովելու, վարկաբեկելու պարբերական ընթացք, որտեղ թիրախի տակ են հայտնվում անխտիր բոլորը՝ նայած հանգամանքների ու իրավիճակների:

Պարոն Հմայակը փորձել է նախօրեին ՊԵԿ-ի կողմից տարածած հայտարարության վերաբերյալ՝ ըստ որի նախատեսվում է արտագնա աշխատանքի մեկնած մեր հայրենակիցների կողմից դրամական փոխանցումները գանձվի նաև ՀՀ-ում, անել որոշակի զառանցանք հիշեցնող աղբանոցային դատողություններ: Այս դատողություններում արհեստականորեն շահարկվում է նաև Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի անունը. սա ուղղակի դասական աբիժնիկի պահված հիշեցնող վարքագիծ է, ուրիշ ոչինչ:

Արդյոք այս քաղաքական դիակը մոռացել է, որ ինքն ընդամենը մարած աբլիգացիա է, և 2012-ին քաղաքական արենա վերադարձավ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի շնորհիվ՝ երբ ընդգրկվեց ԲՀԿ համամասնական ցուցակում: Հետաքրքիր է արդյո՞ք Հմայակն ինքն իրեն երբևէ հարց տավել է, թե իր ո՞ր արժանիքի համար է դա տեղի ունեցել. իսկ այսօր ուղղակի անլուրջ է, երբ տեսնում ես Հմայակը Ծառուկյանի վերաբերյալ վայրահաչում է: Սա այն դեպքն է, երբ Հովհաննիսյան Հմայակը որպես օրինակ ծառայում է այն հնադարյա պնդմանը, թե «քաղաքականությունը դա անբարոյականության արվեստ է». Հմայակի դեպքում դա դիտարկվում է որպես բացարձակ ճշմարտություն: Մարդիկ բնական է չեն մոռացել նրա պահվածքը քաղաքական դաշտում՝ շատ արագ ճամբարափոխ լինելն ու սրա-նրա դուդուկի տակ պարելը, երբ ով փող էր վճարում լիզում էր տվյալ հովանավորյալի ոտմանանները: Մարդիկ իրենց հիշողության մեջ չեն մոռացել, որ կան նման «քաղաքական քայլող դիակներ», և նման տարրերը պետք է չմոռանան, որ ցանկացած փորձ հանրության կողմից կստանա լուրջ բարոյական ապտակ:
