Արմ Սարգսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Նոյեմբերի 17-ին ամբողջ աշխարհում տոնվում է ուսանողների միջազգային օրը:
Հայաստանում նույնպես արդեն երկու տասնամյակ է օրը նշվում է մեծ շուքով: Հատկանշական է, որ այս օրը մեր ուսանողներին չի մոռանում և ինչպես միշտ առանձնակի վերաբերմունք է ցուցաբերում ԲՀԿ նախագահ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը: Արդար մրցույթի շրջանակներում յուրաքանչյուր ուսանողի տրամադրվում է անվանական կրթաթոշակ:
Կարևորելով բանիմաց ուսանողների դերը մեր երկրում, երկրի զարգացման բարգավաճման գործընթացում` Գ. Ծառուկյանը, հաշվի չառնելով որևէ քաղաքական նկատառում, կոտրելով ծանոթ-բարեկամ կարծրատիպերը, կարևորելով միայն ուսանողի դերն ու կարևորությունը արժանապատիվ, գեղեցիկ ու բարեկեցիկ երկիր ունենալու համար՝ այս տարի ևս հազար և ավել ուսանողներ տոնի կապակցությամբ արժանացան « Գ. Ծառուկյան» անվանական կրթաթոշակին:
Սա, անխոս, կարևորագույն քայլ է մեր ուսանողներին ոգեշնչելու, և նոր շարժառիթ է հանդիսանում ավելի եռանդուն կերպով՝ դասերի վրա կենտրոնանալու, օրն ի բուն իրենց վրա աշխատելու, ի վերջո հասկանալու, որ իրենց երկրում նրանք մենակ չեն:
Գ. Ծառուկյանի այս քայլը խթան է երկրում նոր թափով կրթության և գիտության զարգացման գործում: Եվ հատկանշական էր, որ այս տարի առանձնակի ուշադրության արժանացան Արցախյան քառօրյա պատերազմին մասնակցած մեր քաջ հայորդիները:
Կատարելով մեկը մյուսից գովելի քայլեր՝ Ծառուկյանը հերթական անգամ ապացուցում է, որ կանգնած է ժողովրդի կողքին, որ կարևորում է երկրի կայուն ապագան, և որ ամենակարևորն է ամեն կերպ քաջալերում է այն բանիմաց, գրագետ և պատրաստված երիտասարդներին, ովքեր էլ հենց կերտելու են մեր վաղվա օրը:
