Արհեստական դիվիդենտներ և շահարկումներ՝ ընտրություններին ընդառաջ

ՀՀ-ում այս տարվա գարնանը տեղի ունեցավ հեղափոխություն, որն իր հետ ամենուր բերեց նոր օրակարգ և խաղի նոր կանոններ: Հանրությունը սկսեց կատարվող իրադարձություններին նայել ավելի քննադատաբար և հետևողական: Սակայն, ոչ միշտ է այս կամ այն բարձրացված հարցը կամ ուղղակի ամբոխահաճո հայտարարությունն ունենում իրական հիմքեր. հաճախ դրանք ուղղակի դասական պոպուլիզմ են և իրականության հետ ոչ մի աղերս չունեն:

Օրերս մամուլում հրապարակում եղավ, ըստ որի՝ նոյեմբերի 17-ին՝ ուսանողների միջազգային օրը Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի կողմից կատարված ամենամյա, արդեն ավելի քան 15 տարի ավանդույթ դարձած՝ ուսանողներին հատկացվող վարձավճարների օգնությունը որոշ մարդկանց կողմից դիտարկվել էր որպես ընտրակաշառք տալու յուրահատուկ մի ձև, ինչն ուղղակի զավեշտալի է և վիրավորական, քանի որ մամուլին քիչ թե շատ հետևող մարդը չէր կարող չիմանալ, որ դա ընդամենն ամենամյա հերթական միջոցառումն է և ընդհանրապես կապ չունի դեկտեմբերին սպասվող ԱԺ արտահերթ ընտրությունների հետ:

Հարկ է ուղղակի փաստել, որ կարևորելով պետության կայացման գործընթացում բանիմաց, համակողմանիորեն զարգացած ուսանողների ու երիտասարդների դերակատարումը՝ Ծառուկյանն առանձնահատուկ ուշադրություն է դարձնում կրթական ծրագրերի ֆինանսավորմանը: Դեռևս 2006 թվականին Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը հայտարարեց, որ 100 հազար դոլարանոց ֆոնդ է գործելու, որտեղից վճարվելու են բարձր առաջադիմություն ունեցող սոցիալապես անապահով ուսանողների ուսման վարձավճարները (առանձին հատկացումներ են եղել նաև տարբեր բուհերին): Սրանից զատ՝ բազմաթիվ ուսանողներ տարբեր կրթական հաստատություններում ստանում են «Գագիկ Ծառուկյան» անվանական կրթաթոշակ:

Ծառուկյանն առաջնահերթ է համարել ուշադրությունը երիտասարդ կադրերի հանդեպ, կարևորել նրանց պատասխանատու ոլորտներ վստահելու և հայրենիքում ինքնադրսևորվելու անհրաժեշտությունը: Հաճախակի հանդիպումների ընթացքում Գ. Ծառուկյանն անձամբ է ծանոթացել երիտասարդներին մտահոգող խնդիրներին ու ցանկալի լուծումներ տվել դրանց:

Պատահական չէ, որ նոյեմբերի 17-ը՝ ուսանողների միջազգային օրը, արդեն տարիներ շարունակ հազարավոր երիտասարդների հետ տոնում է նաև Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը՝ նրանցից լավագույններին անձամբ պարգևատրելով բարեգործական հիմնադրամի անվանական կրթաթոշակներով: Վերջին տարիներին հիմնադրամի հովանավորությամբ կյանքի են կոչվում բազմաթիվ մեծամասշտաբ ծրագրեր, որոնցում իրենց ակտիվ մասնակցությունն են ցուցաբերում հազարավոր երիտասարդներ ոչ միայն Հայաստանից, այլև աշխարհի ամենատարբեր երկրներից և ամեն տարի մի քանի անգամ ավելանում է մասնակիցների թիվը։

Հաշվի առնելով այս ամենը, պարզապես թյուրըմբռնում է այն, որ ուսանողներին տրված աջակցությունը նախընտրական շրջանով պայմանավորված քայլ է եղել Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի կողմից։
