Հայաստանում առկա գյուղատնտեսական տեխնիկայի 25–30%–ը սարքին չէ. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

ՔՐԻՍՏԻՆԱ ՏԵՐ–ՄԱԹԵՎՈՍՅԱՆ
Հայաստանի Ազգային վիճակագրական ծառայությունը հրապարակել է գյուղատնտեսական տեխնիկայի առկայության և սարքինության վիճակի վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվություն: Վիճակագրության համար հիմք են հանդիսացել ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության վարչական ռեգիստրի տվյալները:
Հրապարակված վիճակագրությունը ցույց է տալիս, որ երկրում առկա գյուղատնտեսկան տեխնիկայի մոտ մեկ երրորդը գտնվում է անսարք վիճակում: Դիտարկելով թե տրակտորների, թե բեռնատար ավտոմեքենաների, թե կերահավաք կոմբայների, թե կուլտիվատորների և թե այլ տեսակի գյուղատնտեսական տեխնիկայի առկայությունը՝ վիճակագրությունը ցույց է տալիս, որ բոլոր դեպքերում էլ սարքինության մակարդակը տատանվում է 75–85 տոկոսի սահմաններում:
ԱՎԾ–ի կայքում հրապարակված տվյալներից իմանում ենք, որ Հայաստանում առկա տրակտորների քանակը կազմում է 15 հազար 239, որից որպես սարքին են հաշվառված 11 հազար 960: Ի դեպ տրակտորների թվով առաջատար է Գեղարքունիքի մարզը, որտեղ առկա է 2 հազար 813 տրակտոր:
Տրակտորներին մի փոքր զիջում են բեռնատար ավտոմեքենաները՝ Հայաստանում ունենք 15 հազարից մի փոքր ավելի բեռնատար ավտոմեքենա: Ըստ վիճակագրության՝ Երևանում բեռնատար ավտոմեքենաներ չկան, իսկ առաջատարը կրկին Գեղարքունիքի մարզն է:
Հացահատիկային կոմբայնների թիվը կազմում է 1358, որից սարքին վիճակում են գտնվում 1031–ը: Հացահատիկային կոմբայների թվով առաջատար են Գեղարքունիքի և Շիրակի մարզերը: Սրանից էլ կարող ենք ենթադրել, որ այս երկու մարզերում է կենտրոնացած հացահատիկային տնտեսությունների մշակումը:
Նշենք, որ Հայաստանում աճեցվող հիմնական հացահատիկային մշակաբույսերն են ցորենը և գարին: Ոչ մեծ քանակով աճեցվում են նաև եգիպտացորեն, հաճար և վարսակ: Հացահատիկով զբաղեցված ընդհանուր հողատարածքում տիրապետող բաժինը (55–65%) պատկանում է ցորենին, իսկ գարու տեսակարար կշիռը միջին հաշվով 35–45% է: Ցորենը համարվում է Հայաստանի ամենակարևոր մշակաբույսը: Սննդի ինքնաբավության տեսանկյունից այն նաև ռազմավարական նշանակության մշակաբույս է:
Չնայած ֆերմերների և կառավարության ջանքերին` հացահատիկային հիմնական մշակաբույսերի բերքատվության մեջ դեռևս էական բարելավում չի նկատվում: Այդ մշակաբույսերը մեծապես կախված են եղանակային պայմաններից և անբարենպաստ պայմանների հետևանքով մեծապես տուժում են:
Հացահատիկ արտադրող հայ ֆերմերների մեծ մասը հիմնականում արտադրում է սեփական սպառման նպատակով: Հետևաբար, նրանք շահագրգռված չեն կենտրոնանալու արտադրանքի որակի վրա: Մյուս կողմից, պատշաճ որակի արտադրանք տալու համար վերամշակողին անհրաժեշտ է որակյալ հատիկ:
