Արմեն Գիգոյան. «Եթե կարողանանք կաթի որակի հարցը լուծել, ապա միանշանակ առաջին տեղում կհայտնվենք»

Հայաստանի պանրագործների միության նախագահ Արմեն Գիգոյանը համաձայն չէ դիտարկմանը, թե Հայաստանում կթու կովերի թիվը պակասել է: Նման հայտարարությունն անելուց առաջ, ըստ նրա, հարկավոր է մանրակրկիտ ուսումնասիրություն իրականացնել, հետո նման հայտարարություններ անել, համոզված է կազմակերպության ղեկավարը: Գիգոյանի խոսքով՝ իրականում կա ոչ թե կթու կովերի թվաքանակի կրճատման խնդիր, այլ թվաքանակի որոշակի տատանում, ինչը որևէ սպառնալիք չի կարող լինել կաթի քանակի կրճատման համար: Իրական վտանգներն այլ խնդիրներից են գալիս, որոնք մինչ օրս մնում են չլուծված: «Վտանգ կարող է լինել պատվաստումներ չկատարելու, կովերի խնամքի պատճառով: Էժան կովեր ներմուծելու դեպքում: Այսինքն, կթու կովերի հետ կապված ավելի լուրջ խնդիրներ կան, իսկ թվաքանակի մասով պետք չէ պոպուլիստական հայտարարություններ անել»,– ասաց Ա. Գիգոյանը:

Նրա դիտարկմամբ, շուկայում տավարի մսի թանկացումը պայմանավորված է նրանով, որ ներկայում դրսից ներկրված և տեղում արտադրված մսերն առանձնացվում են: Այսինքն, ներմուծված տավարի միսն ավելի էժան գնով է վաճառվում, քան տեղական միսը: Իսկ ինչ վերաբերում է կթու կովերի քանակի կրճատմանը, ապա այն հեռու է սպառնալիք լինելուց:

«Ինչպես և սպասվում էր, կովերի կաթնատվությունն այս տարի բավականին բարձր է եղել, բայց դեռևս կաթի որակի հետ կապված խնդիրները շարունակվում են, ինչ արդեն բոլորովին այլ խոսակցության թեմա է»,– ասաց կազմակերպության նախագահը:

Խոսելով կաթի որակի պատճառով պանրագործությանը հասցվող վնասների մասին՝ նա նշեց, որ պանրագործները համարվում են կաթ վերամշակողներ և կաթի արտադրության ծավալների առումով առանձնապես դժգոհություններ չունեն: Այլ խնդիր է կաթը ժամանակին և որակապես պահպանված վիճակում տեղ հասցնելու հարցը: «Այդ հարցում շատ մեծ խնդիրներ կան: Այսինքն, ընդհանուր առմամբ անասնապահության ոլորտում բարեփոխումներ իրականացնելու խիստ կարիք կա: Հարկավոր է խաղի կանոնները հստակեցնել, ինչն էլ կհանգեցնի կթու կովերի խնամքի, կերակրման և այլ խնդիրների լուծմանը: Այս հարցերը կարգավորելու համար հեծանիվ հորինել պետք չէ, պարզապես կամքի ուժ է հարկավոր: Ես հույս ունեմ, որ նոր ձևավորվելիք կառավարությանը կհաջողվի սայլը տեղից շարժել»,– ասաց Ա. Գիգոյանը

Ինչ վերաբերում է կաթի արտադրության ոլորտին, ապա, ըստ մասնագետի, այն ինքնակամ է ձևավորվել և իներցիայով էլ զարգանում է: Եվ եթե կաթի արտադրության ոլորտը կարգավորվի, ապա պանրի որակի հետ կապված հարցերն էլ կնվազեն: Այսօրվա դրությամբ պանրագործների հիմնական խնդիրը վաճառքի ծավալների նվազումն է: Խոսակցությունները, թե մեզ մոտ պանիրը կաթի փոշուց են պատրաստում, Ա. Գիգոյանի ներկայացմամբ, չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը, քանի որ տեղում արտադրվող հումքը՝ կաթը, բավարար քանակի է:

«Կաթի փոշու առկայություն կարելի է նկատել այն ժամանակ, երբ արտադրվող կաթի քանակն է նվազում, բայց այսօրվա դրությամբ այդ տատանումներն այնքան փոքր ծավալների են հասնում, որ ընդհանուր առմամբ չեն կարող ազդել որակի վրա: Ներկայում մենք պանրի արտադրության գծով առաջատար դիրքերում ենք և եթե կարողանանք կաթի որակի հարցերն էլ լուծել, ապա տարածաշրջանի երկրների մեջ միանշանակ առաջին տեղում կհայտնվենք: Հայաստանի բնակլիմայական պայմանները թույլ են տալիս, որ պանրապիտանի որակի կաթ ստանանք: Այլ հարց է, որ տեխնիկական պատճառներով չենք կարողանում որակյալ կաթը պանրի վերամշակման արտադրամասեր հասցնել»,– ասա Ա. Գիգոյանը:
