Սպորտային քաղաքականության հեգեմոնիան

Մհեր Հարությունյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Հնագույն ժամանակներից Հին և Միջնադարյան Հայաստան հասած տարբեր մարզաձևերը, խաղերը և ֆիզիկական վարժությունները դրական ազդեցություն են ունեցել ֆիզիկական դաստիարակության հայկական ազգային համակարգի ստեղծման գործում: Սկսած 18-րդ դարի երկրորդ կեսից Հայաստանում և մի շարք հայկական գաղթօջախներում ֆիզիկական դաստիարակությունը, կրթությունը և մշակույթը որոշակի առաջընթաց են ապրել: 
Ֆիզիկական կուլտուրան և սպորտը վերելք ապրեցին Հայաստանի առաջին Հանրապետությունում (1918-1920), ինչը շարունակվեց Խորհրդային տարիներին և շարունակվում է նաև ներկայումս: Հայաստանում սպորտը սկսեց զարգանալ 20-րդ դարի 20-30 ական թվականներին։ Մինչ 1946 թվականը Հայաստանի և Խորհրդային միության մարզիկները չունեին արտոնություններ մասնակցելու համար միջազգային մրցույթներին և կարող էին միայն Խորհրդային միության կողմից կազմակերպված մրցաշարերին մասնակցել։ Այս շրջանում հայ մարզիկները բավական բարձր հաջողությունների էին հասնում ծանր ատլետիկայի և ըմբշամարտերի մեջ։
Արդեն երրորդ հանրապետությունում ևս սպորտը շարունակեց լինել հեգեմոն ուժ, որը դարձավ մեր պետության կարևորագույն ոլորտներից մեկը. արդարության առաջ չմեղանչելու համար պետք է նշենք, որ սպորտը այն ոլորտն է, որտեղ ունեցել ենք ակնհայտ առաջընթաց և այդ տենդենցն ունի շարունակական բնույթ: Խոսելով ՀՀ սպորտային քաղաքականության մասին՝ խոսենք այնտեղ տարվող լուրջ ներդրումային և հստակ ուղղորդված քայերի մասին: Եվ այստեղ ակնհայտ պետք է անդրադառնանք ոլորտի թիվ մեկ պատասխանատուին՝ ՀԱՕԿ նախագահ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանին: Այսօր հստակ է, որ մեր մարզիիկների համար ստեղծված են մարզումային բոլոր պայմանները, կիրառվածեն ժամանանակից բոլոր մեթոդները, գիտության և մարզչական աշխատանքի բոլոր արդյունավետ նորամուծությունները: Վերազինվել, արդիականացվել է մարզիկների մարզումների համար ստեղծված նյութատեխնիկական ամբողջ բազան: Այս առումով արված է հսկայական աշխատանք և շարունակում է արվել: Ստեղծվել է մարզիկների և մարզիչների խրախուսման և պարգեւատրման արդար համակարգ, և որևէ մեկի ջանքն ու աշխատանքը չգնահատված չի մնում:
Յուրաքանչյուր մարզիկ հասկանում է, որ պետություն է ներկայացնելու և գիտակցում է պետության հեղինակության և ազգային արժանապատվության գաղափարը: Միանշանակ կարող ենք փաստել, որ այսօր ՀՀ-ում տարվող սպորտային քաղաքականությունը կայացած է և իրականում նախանձելի ոլորտ է:
