«Բաժնից դուրս է եկել ու շառ արել». սեւանցի ոստիկանների հարազատների բողոքի ակցիան՝ դատախազության մոտ

Սեւանի ոստիկանության բաժնում կասկածյալներին ծեծելու մեջ մեղադրվող ոստիկանների հարազատներն այսօր՝ նոյեմբերի 8–ին, բողոքի ակցիա են իրականացրել գլխավոր դատախազության դիմաց։

Ոստիկանության ծառայողների ազգականների պնդմամբ՝ հաղորդում տված տղամարդը «շառ է անում»։

«Մեր տղաներն ահազանգի հետքերով գնացել են, բերման ենթարկել հանցագործին, որը դուրս է եկել բաժնից ու գնացել, շառ է արել։ Անհնար է՝ մեր երեխեքը հանցագործություն արած լինեն։ Միակողմանի քննություն է ընթանում։ Մեր երեխաներին պետք է ստորագրությամբ ազատ արձակեն, ոչ թե գրավ կիրառեն։ Մերոնք անմեղ են»,– NEWS.am–ին ասաց մեղադրյալներից Դավիթ Սահակյանի մայրը։

Բողոքող ազգականներին ընդունել են դատախազությունում եւ լսել նրանց բողոքը՝ վստահեցնելով, որ արդար քննություն է ընթանում։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունը հայտնել էր, որ Ա.Մ.–ն դիմում էր ներկայացրել այն մասին, որ 2018 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 7-ին ոստիկանության Սևանի բաժնի երեք աշխատակիցներ Սևան քաղաքում գործող բուքմեյքերական գրասենյակի մոտից իրեն տեղափոխել են ոստիկանության Սևանի բաժին և ծեծի ենթարկել: Հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակներում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 309.1-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 4-րդ կետով նախատեսված հանցավոր արարք կատարելու կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել են ՀՀ ոստիկանության Գեղարքունիքի մարզային վարչության Սևանի բաժնի քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքի պետն ու նույն բաժանմունքի երկու օպերլիազորները: Նրանց մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել եւ գրավի դիմաց ազատ են արձակվել։
