Ատեստատ չստացած՝ բանակ են գնալու. նախկինից մնացած խնդիր

Հայաստանի մի շարք քոլեջներում ուսման տևողությունը 9–րդ դասարանի բազայով չորս տարի է: Սա նշանակում է, որ տղաները քոլեջը պետք է ավարտեն 19 տարեկանում, իսկ սա էլ նշանակում է, որ նրանք բանակ կզորակոչվեն քոլեջը, որ նույնն է, թե ավագ դպրոցը չավարտած: Հաշվի առնելով, որ քոլեջներն ըստ էության իրենց կարգավիճակով հավասարեցված են ավագ դպրոցին, ինչի արդյունքում դեռևս 2017 թվականից բոլոր քոլեջներում 9–րդ դասարանի բազայով ընդունվածների ուսումը կազմակերպվում է բացառապես անվճար հիմունքներով, շատ ծնողներ ահազանգում են, որ իրենց երեխաները բանակ են զորակոչվելու, ըստ էության, դպրոցը չավարտած և վերջին դասարանում սովորելու են արդեն 20 տարեկանում, իսկ ատեստատ կարող են ստանալ միայն 21–ում: Այս մասին մեզ հետ զրույցում նշեցին խմբագրությանը դիմած մի քանի ծնողներ: Նրանք դեմ չեն ծառայելուն, ուղղակի տարակուսած են, որ սույն փաստը հաշվի չի առնվել, և բոլոր քոլեջները չեն դարձել եռամյա կրթությամբ:

Այս հարցի կապակցությամբ փորձեցինք ստանալ ՀՀ ՊՆ մամուլի քարտուղար Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանի պարզաբանումը:

«Զինծառայության մասին օրենքում հստակ գրված է, թե 18 տարին լրացած քաղաքացիներից կրթության գծով ովքեր կարող են ժամանակավորապես ազատվել ծառայությունից, կամ, ավելի ճիշտ, հետաձգել իրենց ծառայությունը: Այդ ցանկում հայաստանյան որևէ քոլեջ չի կարող մտնել, որովհետև այդտեղ խոսքը կարող է լինել միայն բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատությունների մասին»,–ասաց Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը:

Կարծում ենք՝ այստեղ խնդիր ունեն թե՛ կրթության և գիտության նախարարությունը, թե պաշտպանության նախարարությունը՝ համատեղ ուսումնասիրելու նախկինից մնացած առկա խնդիրը: Առաջիկայում կփորձենք այս թեմայով հասկանալ նաև ԿԳՆ դիրքորոշումը:
