Տնտեսական հեղափոխության ծանրակշիռ հիմնաքարը. Ծառուկյանի քայլերի ճիշտ հաջորդականությունը

Վերջերս մեր երկրում բավականին մեծ թափով ու արագությամբ ստեղծվում կամ ընդունվում են նախագծեր, որոնք մեր Նոր Հայաստանի տնտեսական աճի հիմնաքարերն են:
Գաղտնիք չէ, որ Հայաստանում մեղմ ասած տնտեսական քաոս էր, ու այն, որ Համաշխարհային տնտեսական ճգնաժամը չէր կարող անմասն մնալ, մեր փոքրիկ երկրի տնտեսական աճի վրա, սա ակնհայտ փաստ էր բոլորիս համար:
Բայց, այսքան մեծ թափով ու արագությամբ՝ Ծառուկյանի կողմից առաջարկվող ու միառժամանակ կյանքի կոչվող ծրագրերով, Հայաստանը շատ շուտով ոտքի կկանգնի: Նրա դերն այստեղ անխոս անփոխարինելի է: Բոլորս էլ տեսնում ու լսում ենք, նրա կողմից իրականացվող ազգանվեր աշխատանքների մասին:
Վերջին շրջանում Ծառուկյանի կողմից առաջարկվեց մի խոշորամասշտաբ ծրագիր, որով նա կատարելու էր շուրջ կես միլիարդ դոլարի ներդրում, կառուցվելու են արդյունաբերական քաղաքներ, ստեղծվելու են բազմահազարանաոց աշխատատեղեր: Ու այս ամենին եթե գումարենք, այն, որ մենք կունենանք սեփական արտադրանք, և մեր երկիրը կդառնա մրցունակ տարածաշրջանում, ավելի քան ոգևորող է: Բայց, շատ ավելի ուրախալի փաստ է, այն, որ Ծառուկյանն այս ամենով չի սահմանափակվում:
Մի քանի օր առաջ, Հայաստան է ժամանել, Ծառուկայնի վաղեմի ընկեր, Քուվեյթի շեյխ Ալ Սաբահը: Շեյխ Ալ Սաբահը շրջայց կատարելով, ծանոթանալով Ծառուկյանի նախաձեռնություններին, պատրաստակամություն հայտնեց կատարել ներդրումներ այս ծրագրերում: Նա նշեց, որ Ծառուկյանն իր համար եղբայր է, և որ նա ավելի քան վստահում է Ծառուկյանին ու նրա առաջարկած ծրագրերին:
Հետևելով այս ամենին, պարզ է դառնում, որ վաղ ապագայում մեր երկրի ՏՏ ոլորտում սպասվում են լայնամասշտաբ փոփոխություններ: Եվ կարելի է, ևս մեկ անգամ համոզվել, որ Ծառուկյանի խոսքը գործ է: Համոզված լինելով ասել, որ նա դրեց տնտեսական հեղափոխության առաջին ծանրակշիռ քարը:
