Տնտեսական հեղափոխության ստրատեգիական մեկնարկը․ մեծածավալ ներդրումներ Ծառուկյանի ջանքերով

Դավիթ Բերբերյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Մեր երկրում տեղի ունեցած հեղափոխության և դրա հաղթական ու տրամաբանական ավատրից հետո հաջորդ հեղափոխությունը մենք պետք է տնտեսական հարթակում արձանագրենք։ Ահա այս տնտեսական հեղափոխության մասին էլ վերջերս բարձրաձայնեց Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը, ով հայտարերց, որ կառավարության հետ համատեղ ջանքերով պատրաստակամ է հասնել երկրում տնտեսական հեղափոխության։ Իսկ տնտեսական հեղափոխության համար կարևորոգույն նախադրյալ ու շարժիչ ուժ կարող են հանդիսալ առաջին հերթին ներդրումային խոշոր ծրագրերի իրականացումն ու մեծ գումարներ երկիր բերելով՝ գործի գցել տնտեսական զարգացման մեխանիզմները։
Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը հենց այս ստրատեգիական քայլերով էլ պատկերացնում է տնտեսական հեղափոխություն ասվածը, որի վառ ապացույցը վերջերս նրա կողմից Հայաստան ակտիվորեն այցելող արտերկրյա ներդրողներն են, որոնց Ծառուկյանը ծանոթացնում է թե՛ աշխարհում ամենամեծ մայնինգ ընկերության պայմաններին ու առաջարկած հնարավորություններին, թե՛ արդյունաբերական քաղաքի, և թե՛ արևային էներգիայի գործարանի և մի շարք հեռանկարային նախագծերի հետ, որոնց ամբողջացման ու կյանքի կոչման համար պահանջվում էր ավելի քան 500 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլար ներդրում, որոնց հայթայթման ուղղությամբ Ծառուկյանն անդադար աշխատանքներ է տանում։
Հենց նույն այս միտումով էլ Հայաստանում է այս օրերին Գագիկ Ծառուկյանին վաղեմի մտերիմն ու բարեկամը Քուվեյթի արքայական ընտանիքի թագաժառանգ շեյխ Ալ Սաբահը։ Շեյխը իր խոսքում ընդգծեց, որ իր և Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի մեջ եղբայրական հարաբերություններն են հաստատված, որ բազմիցս է հավաստիացել, որ Ծառուկյանը միշտ հավատարիմ է իր տված խոսքին ու քաջ ծանոթ լինելով նրա կառավարման ունակությունների և առաջնորդի նրա ջիղին՝ նա հայտարարեց, որ պատրաստ է այնքան ներդրում անել Հայաստանում, որքան որ անհրաժեշտ է։
Կառուցողական համագործակցության արդյունքում նախատեսվում է մեծածավալ ներդում իրականացնել Հայաստանի տնտեսական տարբեր ոլորտներում, իսկ ընդհանուր առմամաբ այս ներդրումներն լիարժեք իրականացման դեպքում ոչ միայն տնտեսական թռիչքաձև աճ ենք գրանցելու, ոչ միայն բյուջերում մեծաքանակ հարկային մուտք են գրանցելու, այլև լուծելու ենք սոցիալական կարևորագույն խնդիր՝ շուրջ 7000 աշխատատեղերի բացմամբ։
