Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի գրագետ ներդրումային քաղաքակնությունը ՀՀ տնտեսության առողջացման ամենաարդյունավետ ճանապարհն է

Գուրգեն Սահակյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Համաշխարահային տնտեսական ճգնաժամն ու դրանից բխող հետևանքները բարեգութ չեն գտնվել նաև մեր պետության՝ Հայաստանի տնտեսության և երկրի զարգացման հարցում: Սակայն նմանատիպ մարտահրավեների դիմակայելու լավագույն միջոցներից է ներդրումների ծավալների մեծացումն ու սեփական արտադրանքով արդյունաբերական ձեռնարկությունների ստեղծմումը, ինչն էլ վերջին տարիներին գտնվում է «Մուլտի Գրուպ» կոնցեռնի հիմնդիր Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի ուշադրության և գործունեության կիզակետում: Վերջերս նրա կողմից հայտարարվեց մի խոշորամասշտաբ ներդրումային նախաձեռնության մասին, որը նախատեսում է ավելի քան 500 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլար ներդրում: Նախագծով նախատեսված է կառուցել արդյունաբերական քաղաք, որտեղ հսկայական տարածքում, ավելի քան 1 մլն քառ.մ, գործելու են 10-13 գործարաններ: Ծառուկյանի այս բիզնես պրոյեկտը ՀՀ տնտեսության առողջացման ամանեաարագ և ամենաարդյունավետ միջոցն է անկասկած, իսկ այսօր արդեն հայտնի դարձավ, որ Ծառուկյանի ներդրումային քաղաքականությանը նեցուկ լինելու համար, Հայաստան է ժամանել նաև Քուվեյթի թագաժառանգ, շեյխ Ալ Սաբահը: Շեյխն իր խոսքում հղում անելով իր և Ծառուկյանի եղբայրական հարաբերություններին, ձևավոևված փոխադարձ վստահությանն ու հարգանքին, պատրաստակամություն հայտնեց ներդրումներ անել բոլոր այն նախագծերում, որտեղ որ կառաջարկի Ծառուկյանը: Հատկանշականն այն է, որ նորանկախ Հայաստանի պատմության մեջ, նման խոշորամասշտաբ ներդրումային ծրագրեր երբեք չեն եղել, իսկ այս դեպքում Ծառուկյանի արաբ գործընկերների ներդրումները չունեն որոշակի սահմանագիծ:
Չափազանց կարևոր է նաև ունենալ սեփական արտադրանք, որը մրցակցային կլինի միջազգային շուկայում և կունենա պահանջարկ, այդկերպ միանգամից մի քանի հարց է լուծվում՝ կոնկրետ Հայաստանի համար: Այս առումով էլ, Ծառուկյանը մի քանի ֆրոնտով է գործում.
Նախ երկրում առկա կարևորագույն խնդիրներից մեկին՝ աշխատատեղերի բացակայության հարցն է լուծվում և մոտ ապագայում նախատեսվում է շուրջ 7000 նոր աշխատատեղեր, երկրորդ հարկային մուտքերը բյուջե երկրաչափական պրոգրսիայով են աճելու, երրորդ զարկ է տրվում թեթև/տեքստիլ/ և արդեն իսկ այսօր հայտնի դարձավ, որ նաև ծանր/երկաթի, սիլիցիումի արտադրություն/ արդյունաբերության ճյուղերին, որոնք ներկա դրությամբ համաշխարհին արդյունաբերության առաջատար ճյուղերից են հանդիսանում:
Վստահաբար կարելի է ասել, որ Ծառուկյանի՝ տնտեսական հեղափոխության մասին հայտարարությունն արդեն իսկ ֆունդամենտալ կերպով մեկնարկել է և մոտ ապագայում ներդրումների ծավալները կզարմացնեն անգամ ամենապեսեմիստներին: Եվ այո, այս համատեքստում էլ պետք է նշենք նաև, որ երկրում տնտեսական զարգացման, երկրի առաջընթացի և սոցիալտնտեսական բարեփոխումների ոսկե բանալին Ծառուկյանի ձեռքին է, ինչն էլ երաշխիք է, որ տնտեսական հեղափոխությունը սարերի հետևում չէ:
