Սպասենք իր մասշտաբայնությամբ Հայաստանի համար աննախադեպ նախագծի մասին տեղեկատվության

Աբել Մկրտչյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Երեկվանից համացանցում պտտվում է մի լուսանկար, որը թույլ է տալիս ենթադրել, որ Հայաստան է ժամանել Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի մտերիմ ընկեր, Քուվեյթի թագաժառանգ Շեյխ Ահմադ Ալ Ֆահադ Ալ Սաբահը: Ալ Սաբահը Հայաստանում հայտնի է մասնավորապես 2017թ. խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների նախաշեմին արված այն խոստմամբ, որ Հայաստանում կատարելու է 15 միլիարդ դոլարի ներդրում, եթե, իհարկե, Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի կուսակցությունը հաղթի տվյալ ընտրություններում, քանզի նրան ևս, ինչպես բոլոր ներդրողներին, հարկավոր են հստակ անվտանգության երաշխիքներ ներդրվող գումարների համար:
15 մլրդ դոլար ներդրումային խոստման լրջությունը պատկերացնելու համար ուղղակի հիշեցնեմ, որ այդ տարի վերընտրված իշխանությունը՝ ի դեմս Կառավարության, խոստացել էր 3,2 մլրդ դոլարի օտարերկրյա ներդրում՝ 5 տարիների ընթացքում, որից 840 մլն դոլարը պետք է իրականացվեր հենց 2017-ին:
Եվ հիմա, միջազգային քաղաքական և տնտեսական շրջանակներում ընդունված և խիստ հարգելի այս պարոնը կրկին Հայաստանում է: Պաշտոնական որևէ ինֆորմացիա, թե այս անգամ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի մտերիմ ընկերը ինչ բնույթի այցի շրջանակներում է Հայստանում, դեռ չկա: Սակայն գրեթե վստահ ենք, որ իր մասշտաբայնությամբ Հայաստանի համար աննախադեպ որևէ նախագծի մասին տեղեկատվություն մենք անպայման կլսենք:
Եվ, եթե բախտը ժպտա Հայաստանին, և Ծառուկյանի անձնական համբավի շնորհիվ շեյխի ներդրումային առաջարկը ուժի մեջ լինի դեռևս, դա կլինի ամենամեծ ներդրումը Հայաստանի նորանկախ պատմության մեջ արված, որը իր ծավալով կգերազանցի մինչ այս կատարված բոլոր օտարեկրյա ներդրումները միասին վերցրած (7 մլրդ դոլար 1991-ից մինչև այսօր):
