Ծառուկյանի ընկեր Շեյխ Ահմադ Ալ Ֆահադի այցը Հայաստան՝ աննախադեպ ներդրումների գրավական

Համացանցում պտտվող լուրերի սարդոստայնի մեջ տեսա մեկը, որի կողքով անտարբեր անցնելը ուղղակի չէր կարելի։ Հայաստան է ժամանել Քուվեյթի թագաժառանգ Շեյխ Ահմադ Ալ Ֆահադ Ալ Սաբահը, ով Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի մտերիմ ընկերն է։ Շեյխի այցելության մասին պաշտոնական հայտարարություն դեռ չկա, սակայն մենք կարող ենք ենթադրություններ անել այս այցի վերաբերյալ։
Վերլուծելով թագաժառանգի ու Ծառուկյանի գործնական ու ընկերական հարաբերությունները, չենք սխալվի, եթե ասենք, որ նախատեսվում է լուրջ ու խոշորամաշտաբ ծրագիր։ Հաշվի առնելով, որ անցած տարի՝ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից առաջ Շեյխ Ահմադ Ալ Ֆահադը տեսաուղերձով դիմել էր Գագիկ Ծառուկյանին, և խոստացել օժանդակել Ծառուկյանի ցանկացած ծրագրի, այն պարագայում, եթե ԲՀԿ-ն խորհրդարանում մեծամասնություն կազմի։ Պատկերացրեք միայն, թե ինչ դրական ազդեցություն կունենար այդ հսկայածավալ ներդրումը մեր երկրի տնտեսության վրա։ Այս պահին Շեյխ Ահմադ Ալ Ֆահադի այցը Հայաստան նախ վկայում է այն մասին, որ Քուվեյթի թագավորական ընտանիքը շահագրգռված է Հայաստանում ներդրումնել անելու գործում, և քանի որ Շեյխ Ահմադ Ալ Ֆահադը Ծառուկյանի ընկերն է, կարծում ենք, որ խորհրդական ընտրությունների ժամանակ հենց նրան էլ կաջակցի։
Արդեն գիտենք, որ Ծառուկյանը մի քանի խոշոր ներդրումների նախաձեռնողն է հանդիսանում, նրա ներդրումային ծրագրերի շնորհիվ ՀՀ-ում առաջընթաց է գրանցվում ոչ միայն ՏՏ, այլև թեթև արդյունաբերության ոլորտում։
Հուսանք, որ մոտ օրերս մենք կլսենք էլի մի խոշոր ներդրումային ծրագրի մասին, որն անկասկած ՀՀ տնտեսության առաջընթացի գործում առանցքային դեր է ունենալու։ Այստեղ հարցը կայանում է հետևյալում, ո՞ր ոլորտում է կատարվելու ներդրումը։ Մի բան ակնհայտ է, որ ոլորտում էլ կատարվի ներդրումը, նոր աշխատատեղեր են բացվելու, իսկ դա այսպես թե այնպես հույս է տալիս, որ մոտ ժամանակներում հայ ազգը «խոպանի» ու արտագաղթի կարիք չի ունենա՝ անհոգ ապրելու համար։
