Խորհրդարանում մեծությամբ 2-րդ ուժի ղեկավարն առաջին հերթին ժողովրդի վստահությունը վայելող քաղաքական գործիչ է

Անդրանիկ Մաթևոսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Իրոք սարսափելի երևույթ է, երբ երկրում առկա են էթիկայից զուրկ և պատվերով հոդված հրապարակող լրատվականներ: Նմանատիպ կայքերը, չարաշահելով ժողովրդի վստահությունը խեղծ ինֆորմացիա են մատակարարու, և փորձում են վարկաբեկել հանրության լայն զանգվածներում սեր վայելող անձանց:

Բոլորս էլ հիշում ենք, որ վարչապետ Փաշինյանը օրեր առաջ հանդես եկավ հայտարարությամբ, որում խոսվում էր այն մասին, որ գործարարները չպետք է լինեն նոր խորհրդարանում: Եթե առաջ գործարարները ունեին խնդիր, ըստ որի, ձգտում էին ամեն գնով մտնել խորհրդարան, որպեսզի նախկին իշխանությունների կողմից բռնության չենթարկվեն և կարողանան առաջ տանել իրենց բիզնեսը, ապա հիմա այդ վտանգը չկա, և նրանք կարող են իրենց տեղը զիջել ավելի կրթված և պոտենցիալ ունեցող գործիչներին: Բայց որոշ լրատվականների կողմից ասվածը սխալ էր ընկալվել, և նրանք այդ հայտարարությունը կապեցին նաև ԲՀԿ նախագահ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանին:

Սկսենք այն պարզ հանգամանքից, որ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը գործարար չէ, այլ խոշոր սեփականատեր, ով իր բիզնեսների կառավարումը օրենքով նախատեսված կարգով հանձնել է հավատարմագրային ծառայություններին և անձամբ չի մասնակցում ձեռնարկությունների ղեկավարման պրոցեսին:

Պետք չէ նաև մոռանալ, որ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը արդեն ավելի քան 15 տարի քաղաքական դաշտում է , և հանդիսանում է ամենից ակտիվ քաղաքական գործիչներից: Իր գործունեության ընթացքում, չզբաղեցնելով ոչ մի պետական պաշտոն, նա Հայաստանի տնտեսական զարգացման գործում ավելի շատ ներդրում ունի, քան մնացած բոլոր պաշտոնյաները: Ոչ ոք չի կարող ժխտել, որ վերջին տարիներին Հայաստան եկած ներդրումների 80 տոկոսից ավելին հենց Ծառուկյանի շնորհքն է, քանզի նա իր անունից երաշխավորել է օտարերկրյա ներդրողներին, որ իրենց ձեռնարկությունները կլինեն անվտանգ: Պետք չէ նաև մոռանալ, որ Ծառուկյանը համագործակցում է միջազգային հարգանք վայելով կուսակցությունների հետ, ինչպիսինն են Եվրոմիության իշխող կուսակցությունը, Ռոսաստանում իշխող Եդինոյա Ռոսսիյա կուսակցությունը և Մեծ Բրիտանիայի Լոռդերի պալատը: ԵՎ ամեն կարևոր հանգամանք ՝ Ծառուկյանը հանդիսանում է խորհրդարանում մեծությամբ 2-րդ քաղաքական ուժի ղեկավարը, ինչը նշանակում է, որ նա մեծ սեր և վստահություն է վայելում ժողովրդի լայն զանգվածներում:
Մենք հիմա ապրում ենք ժողովրդավարական երկրում, որտեղ իշխանության գլխավոր աղբյուրը հանդիսանում է ՀՀ քաղաքացին, իսկ նման լրատվականները փորձում են ստի միջոցով ազդել ՀՀ քաղաքացու որոշման վրա: Օրինակ՝ ինչու՞ չեն խոսում այն մասին, որ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի հրավերով Հայաստան էին ժամանալ շուրջ 30 Եվրոմիության պատգամավորներ: Ինչու՞ չի խոսվում այն մասին, որ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը այդ պատգամավորներին տարել է Ղարաբաղ և ցույց տվել, որ Ադրբեջանի կառավարության քարոզչությունը ԼՂ մթնոլորտի և քաղաքացիները վերաբերյան չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը: Այդ լրատվականների լռության պատճառն ակնհայտ է ․ նրանք ուղղակի կատարում են երրորդ կողմի պատվեր, քանզի ԲՀԿ-ն՝ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի գլխավորությամբ, այսօր հանդիսանում է ամենաբարձր վարկանիշ ունեցող քաղաքական ուժերից, ինչը պոտենցիալ վտանգ է ներկայացնում որոշ քաղաքական ուժերին:
