Լոս Անջելեսում ՀՀ գլխավոր հյուպատոսի ունեցվածքը

Լոս Անջելեսում ՀՀ գլխավոր հյուպատոս Արմեն Բայբուրդյանը Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողովին է ներկայացրել 2018թ. պաշտոնը ստանձնելու հայտարարագիրը: Նշենք, որ նա այս պաշտոնին է նշանակվել այս տարվա սեպտեմբերին:

Ըստ ներկայացված փաստաթղթի՝ Ա. Բայբուրդյանը հայտարարագրել է այգետնակ, բնակարան: Պաշտոնը ստանձնելու օրվա դրությամբ նրա դրամական միջոցները կազմել են 7800 ԱՄՆ դոլար:

Եկամուտը գոյացել է երկու տարբեր աշխատավարձերից: Առաջինի դեպքում 2018թ. հունվարի 1–ից մինչև պաշտոնը ստանձնելու օրը ստացած եկամուտը կազմել է 10 590 ԱՄՆ դոլար: Երկրորդ աշխատավարձից ստացած եկամուտը կազմել է 64 167 ԱՄՆ դոլար:

Նշենք, որ Ա.Բայբուրդյանը ԱԳՆ համակարգում է 1992 թվականից: 1995– 97 թթ. նա Լոս Անջելեսում ՀՀ գլխավոր հյուպատոսն է եղել: Ավելի վաղ աշխատել է որպես ՄԱԿ–ում ՀՀ մշտական ներկայացուցչի տեղակալ, 1997–2000 թթ. եղել է ԱԳՆ փոխնախարար: 2000– 2004 թթ. նշանակվել է Հնդկաստանում ՀՀ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան։ Համատեղության կարգով նշանակվել է նաև Ինդոնեզիայում, Շրի Լանկայում և Նեպալում ՀՀ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան։

2004–2008 թթ. կրկին զբաղեցրել է Հայաստանի ԱԳ փոխնախարարի պաշտոնը: 2008 թ. փետրվարին ՀՀ ն ա խ ա գ ա հի հրա մ ա նագր ո վ ն ա ազատվել է զբաղեցրած պաշտոնից՝ «դեսպանների ուղերձը» ստորագրելու համար։ Այդ ուղերձով, մասնավորապես, կարևորվել էր երկրում կայունության պահպանման և հասարակական համաձայնության անհրաժեշտությունը ու նշվել. «Մեր հայրենակիցներին, հատկապես երկրում հասարակական կարգի ու անդորրի ապահովման համար պատասխանատու բոլոր կառույցների ներկայացուցիչներին, կոչ ենք անում զերծ մնալ ուժի միջոցով խնդիրներ լուծելու գայթակղությունից»:
