Հայաստանն ապագայի դարպասն է. Արմեն Սարգսյան

Հանրապետության նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանն աշխատանքային նախաճաշ է ունեցել Հայաստանի գիտության և տեխնոլոգիաների հիմնադրամի (FAST) հոգաբարձուների և խորհրդատվական խորհուրդների անդամների հետ, որոնց թվում են առաջատար գիտնականներ, ինժեներներ, ձեռներեցներ ամբողջ աշխարհից:

Զրուցակիցները մտքեր են փոխանակել Հայաստանի գիտատեխնիկական հիմնադրամի գործունեության արդյունավետ կազմակերպմանը վերաբերող հարցերի շուրջ, քննարկել նախանշված նպատակների իրագործման համար անհրաժեշտ պայմանները, մեխանիզմներն ու հնարավորությունները:

Այնուհետեւ Հանրապետության նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանը մասնակցել է հիմնադրամի կազմակերպած՝ «Նախագծելով էվոլյուցիան» խորագիրը կրող Գլոբալ ինովացիոն ֆորումի բացմանը:

Նախագահը, ով նաև FAST հիմնադրամի խորհրդատվական խորհրդի պատվավոր անդամ է, ողջունելով մասնակիցներին 21-րդ դարի երկրում, կարևորել է Հայաստանում նման ֆորումների անցկացումը: Նա մասնավորապես նշել է, որ Հայաստանը ոչ միայն քաղաքակրթությունների բնօրրան է, այլևս ի սկզբանե եղել է Արևելքի ու Արևմուտքի խաչմերուկում:

«Քանի որ սա դարպաս է, խաչմերուկ, կարծում եմ՝ ժամանակն է, որ մարդկությունը հետ դառնա դեպի իր ակունքները, դեպի իր ծագումը, դեպի մարդկային ռասսայի ծագման վայր՝ Հայաստան: Օրերս Ժնևում խոսում էի 4-րդ ինդուստրիալ հեղափոխության մասին, որտեղ ասացի, որ չկան հեղափոխություններ, կա էվոլյուցիա: Մարդկությունը, մենք պետք է մաս կազմենք էվոլյուցիային կամ զարգացմանը: Սա ոչ միայն գիտական ու տեխնոլոգիական էվոլյուցիա է, այլև մեր հասարակությունների ու աշխարհում մեր վարքագծի սրընթաց էվոլյուցիա»,- ասել է նախագահը:

Նա հետևյալ ուղերձն է հղել. «Հայաստանն ապագայի դարպասն է: Մենք խրախուսում ենք ներդրումներ կատարել մեր երկրում. երկիր, որը երիտասարդ է, որը հավակնոտ է, որի ժողովուրդը տաղանդավոր է, որն ունի երիտասարդ կառավարություն, և երկիր, որն իրեն զգում է 21-րդ դարում: Երիտասարդ է և հասուն: Երիտասարդ լինելը նախ և առաջ նշանակում է, թե որքան երիտասարդ ես քեզ զգում հոգով, արդյոք պատրաստ ես նոր բացահայտումների, պատրաստ ես սովորել, պատրաստ ես տալ հարցեր ու պատասխաններ գտնել: Արդյոք պատրաստ ես հետազոտությունների, էվոլյուցիոն արագացման:

Կարծում եմ, որ էվոլյուցիան անսահման է: Մենք չենք գիտակցում, թե իրականում որքան բազմաշերտ ենք, մենք բացահայտել ենք մեր մի մասը միայն: Մարդիկ շատ ավելի հետաքրքրված են, թե ինչ է կատարվում մեզնից դուրս: Սակայն մի ամբողջ տիեզերք ունենք մեր ներսում, որը նույնքան բարդ է, որքան հենց ինքը՝ տիեզերքը:

Հավատացած եմ, որ աշխարհի ապագա բացահայտումները կրկին վերադառնալու են այս դարպաս, որը 21-րդ դարի դարպասն է:

Այնպես որ, բարի՛ գալուստ Հայաստան»:

Նախագահն արդյունավետ աշխատանք է մաղթել եռօրյա միջազգային ֆորումի մասնակիցներին:

Ֆորումը համախմբել է արհեստական բանականության, ռոբոտիկայի ու ինքնավար համակարգերի, կենսաբանության և տվյալագիտության առաջատար մասնագետների, գործարարների, գիտնականներիաշխարհի մոտ 20 երկրի գիտական և տեխնոլոգիական կենտրոններից։
