Այն գործունեությունը ինչ տարիներ շարունակ իրականացվել է Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի կողմից, բոլորին է տեսանելի, քանի որ ցանկացած խոսք, տրամաբանական ժամանակահատվածում, անմիջապես գործի է վերածվել: Ծառուկյանի գործունեության սպեկտորն ինքնին ընդարձակ է, ներառելով մի շարք ոլորտներ, որոնք գտնվելով ուշադրության կենտրոնում, ծաղկել և բարգավաճել են:
Վստահաբար կարելի է ասել, որ Ծառուկյանի իրականացրած ծրագրերն ավելի շատ օգուտ են բերում պետությանն ու ժողովրդին, քան հենց իրեն: Վերջին շրջանում ակտիվորեն շրջանառվում է այն տեսակետը, որ հարկավոր է զարկ տալ երկրում սեփական արտադրությանը, թեթև արդյունաբերությանը: Այս համատեքստում Ծառուկյանի ծրագրված մեծ արդյունաբերական քաղաքի հիմնումն ամբողջությամբ ներառում է այդ գաղափարը: Խոսքը 10-13 գործարանի մասին է, որը նախնական տվյալներով նախատեսում է ունենալ շուրջ 7000 աշխատատեղ: Ներդրումների ծավալն այս ծրագրում մոտ կես միլիարդ ԱՄն դոլար է լինելու:
