Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ԼՂ հակամարտության լուծման հարցում վճռական է համարում Արցախի և Հայաստանի ժողովրդի դիրքորոշումը

Հայաստանում չի կարող լինել այնպիսի իշխանություն, որն առանց ժողովրդի կարծիքը հաշվի առնելու կարող է լուծել ԼՂ հակամարտության հարցը: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` հոկտեմբերի 24-ի ԱԺ հերթական նիստում, որի օրակարգում վարչապետի ընտրության հարցն է, այս մասին ասաց վարչապետի թեկնածու Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն՝ անդրադառնալով պատգամավոր Շիրակ Թորոսյանի հարցին:

«Հայաստանում ոչ մի իշխանություն, նույնիսկ ամենաբռնապետական իշխանությունը, չի կարող Ղարաբաղի հարցը լուծել առանց ժողովրդի կարծիքը հաշվի առնելու: Ժողովրդի կարծիքն է այն վճռական գործոնը, որ պետք է որոշի՝ ձեռնտո՞ւ է ԼՂ հիմնահարցի լուծման այս կամ այն տարբերակը, թե՞ ոչ: Նույնիսկ բանակցային սեղանի շուրջ քննարկվածն էական չէ: Քսան տարի քննարկվել է, ի՞նչ է եղել: Ղարաբաղի հարցի թաքուն լուծում չի կարող լինել»,-վստահեցրեց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

Նա շեշտեց՝ Արցախի ժողովրդի և իշխանությունների դիրքորոշումը վճռական նշանակություն ունի, և սա քմահաճույքի հարց չէ: Նրա կարծիքով՝ հակամարտությունը չի լուծվի, եթե լուծման որևէ տարբերակ չի ընդունվում Արցախի և Հայաստանի ժողովրդի կողմից: Փաշինյանը նշեց՝ հայկական կողմի տեսակետն այն է, որ առանց Արցախի կարգավիճակի ճշգրտման անհնար է պատկերացնել հարցի լուծում:

«Եթե բանակցային գործընթացում ձևավորվի տարբերակ, որը կհամարենք, որ արժի ներկայացնել ժողովրդի քննարկմանը, բնականաբար առաջինը ես դա կանեմ»,- ասաց Փաշինյանը: Նա բացառեց ԼՂ հիմնահարցի «թաքուն» լուծումը: Փաշինյանի կարծիքով՝ քանի դեռ Արցախի իշխանությունները ներգրավված չեն բուն գործընթացում, նշանակում է, որ մենք մոտ չենք հարցի կարգավորմանը:

«Ես չեմ ասել, որ մենք չենք բանակցի, մինչև Արցախի իշխանությունը ներգրավված չլինի: Ես ասել եմ, որ ես լիազորված եմ բանակցել Հայաստանի անունից, սակայն լիազորված չեմ բանակցել Արցախի անունից, քանի որ Արցախի ժողովուրդը չի մասնակցում Հայաստանում իշխանության ձևավորմանը: Բայց դա չի նշանակում, որ ես ասում եմ, որ չպետք է բանակցել»,-ասաց Փաշինյանը:
