«Արա', հլը դու սաղ ե՞ս». երկու անձի սպանության մեջ մեղադրվող ՃՈ գնդապետը բերվեց դատարան

HSBC բանկի «Կոմիտաս» մասնաճյուղի վրա զինված ավազակային հարձակման, երկու անձի սպանության եւ սպանության փորձի մեջ մեղադրվող ՃՈ գնդապետ Դանիել Դանիելյանը հրաժարվեց իր պաշտպանների ծառայությունից։ Այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 23-ին, Երեւանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի Կենտրոնի նստավայրում Դանիելյանը հայտարարեց, որ ֆինանսական միջոցներ չունենալու պատճառով չի կարող օգտվել մասնավոր փաստաբանների ծառայությունից։ Ամբաստանյալը դատարանին խնդրեց իրեն ապահովել հանրային պաշտպանով։

Նշենք, որ դատական նիստերի դահլիճում էին գտնվում տուժողի հարազատները: Երբ ամբաստանյալ Դանիել Դանիելյանը բերվեց դատական նիստերի դահլիճ՝ տուժողների հարազատները վիրավորական արտահայտություններ հնչեցրին նրա հասցեին. «Արա', հլը դու սաղ ե՞ս»,- ասաց նրանցից մեկը:

ՃՈ գնդապետն, ով ձեռքերով անընդհատ փակում էր դեմքը, խուսափեց բարձրաձայնել, թե որտեղ է բնակվել։ Դատավորի հարցին, թե որ հասցեում է նա հաշվառված, Դանիելյանն ասաց, որ չի հիշում: Դատավորի ճշտող հարցին, թե ինչով է պայմանավորված չհիշելը, ամբաստանյալը պատասխանեց, որ նարկոզ է տարել, գտնվում է հետվիրահատական շրջանում։

Նշենք, որ Դանիել Դանիելյանը կալանքի տակ գտնվելու ընթացքում աչքի վիրահատության է ենթարկվել: Հիշեցնենք, որ Դանիելյանին վնասազերծելիս, քաղաքացիներն ու ոստիկանները հարվածել էին եւ վնասել նրա դեմքը։ ՃՈ գնդապետն ընդունում է, որ ավազակային հարձակում կատարել է, բայց սպանելու դիտավորություն չի ունեցել:

Ըստ մեղադրանքի՝ 2018 թվականի մայիսի 3-ին դիմակավորված, զինված Դանիել ԴանիելյաՆը բռնության սպառնալիքով՝ զենքով եւ նռնակով սպառնալով, «Էյչ-Էս-Բի-Սի բանկ Հայաստան» ՓԲ ընկերության «Կոմիտաս» մասնաճյուղից հափշտակել է 500,000 ԱՄՆ դոլար գումար, որից հետո ՝ կարաբինով մեկ անգամ կրակել է իր ծառայողական գործունեությունն իրականացնող Խաչատուր Գալստյանի վրա եւ նրան զրկել կյանքից կյանքից, ապա վնասվածքներ հասցրել մեկ այլ ոստիկանի եւ դիմել փախուստի։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Դանիելյանին վնասազերծելիս զոհվել են բանկի անվտանգության աշխատակից, «Արմոբիլ» ՓԲԸ-ի պահնորդ Խաչատուր Գալստյանը եւ ՀՀ ոստիկանության Երեւան քաղաքի վարչության ՊՊԾ գնդի ոստիկան Արա Շախգուլյանը: Գյուլբենկյան փողոցից Դանիելյանի փախուստը կանխել էին ոստիկանները եւ քաղաքացիները: Հիշեցնենք, որ Դանիել Դանիելյանը մինչեւ դեպքը զբաղեցրել է ՀՀ ոստիկանության «Ճանապարհային ոստիկանություն» ծառայության տեսանկարահանման միջոցով հայտնաբերված խախտումների արձանագրման կենտրոնի պետի պաշտոնը։
