Աբովյան քաղաքի հիսունհինգ ամյակի կապակցությամբ, կազմակերպվել էր միջոցառումների շարք, քաղաքի բնակչությանը ուրախացնելու համար: Ինչպես միշտ,այս անգամ ևս, ինչպես վայել է Գագիկ Ծառուկյանին, միջոցառումները կազմակերվել էին բարձր մակարդակով և մեծ ճոխությամբ, սակայն աբովյանցիների համար ամենամեծ նվերը դեռ առջևում էր: Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը դեռևս Երևանի ավագանու ընտրությունների ժամանակ հայարարել էր մեծ բնակարանաշինության նախագծի մասին: Այս ծրագրով նախատեսվում է բնակարաններ կառուցել չափազանց հարմար պայմաններով: Ըստ այդմ ամսական ընդամենը վաթսուն հազար դրամ վճարելով կարելի է տեր դառնալ հարմարավետ բնակարանի: Ինչպես հայտնի է, հեղափոխությունից հետո անշարժ գույքի շուկայում նկատվում է ակտիվություն և գնաճ, սակայն այս ծրագիրը ուղղված է հատուկ երիտասրադ ընտանիքներին բնակարաններով ապահովելուն և շուրջ հազար ընտանիքի համար բնակարաններ կկառուցվեն: Գաղտիկք չէ, որ այսօր բազմաթիվ ընտանիքներ իվիճակի չլինելով ձեռք բերել բնակարան, ապրում են վարձով և եկամուտի զգալի մասը ստիպված են վարձավճար վճարել: Հաշվի առնելով Աբովյան քաղաքի Երևանին չափազանց մոտ լինելու հանգամանքը, սա իսկապես մեծ նվեր է, քանի որ եթե նախկինում ստիպված էին վարձ վճարել, այժմ այդ նույն գումարով ութից-տաս տարվա ընթացքում սեփական բնակարանի տեր կդառնան: Սա ևս մեկ անգամ ապացուցում է այն, որ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի կողմից հնչաց ցանկացած խոստում,առաջարկ խոսքից գործ է դառնալու և լուծելու բազմաթիվ մեր հայրենակցների սոցիալական մի շարք խնդիրներ:Տոնական երգերը,զարդարանքը,հրավառությունը անշուշտ գեղեցիկ է սակայն այն շատ կարճ է տևում և յուրաքանչյուր համայնքի բնակչի համար իսկական ուրախությունը մնայունն է, այս դեպքում Ծառուկյանի նախաձեռնած բնակարանաշինության ծրագիրը, որը վստահ ենք շատ մոտ ապագայում տեսանելի կլինի բոլորի համար:
