Ասկեր Մամինը ներկայացրեց ԵԱՏՄ անդամ երկրների տնտեսության զարգացման համար կարևոր առաջնահերթությունները

Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության անդամ երկրների տնտեսության զարգացման համար կարևոր առաջադրանքներից մեկը տնտեսական աճի համար խոչընդոտ հանդիսացող հետևանքների թուլացումն է: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, «Երևանում մեկնարկած «Եվրասիական շաբաթ» միջազգային համաժողովի պլենար նիստի ընթացքում նման կարծիք հայտնեց Ղազախստանի առաջին փոխվարչապետ Ասկար Մամինը:

«Դուք գիտեք, որ համաշխարհային բոլոր առաջատար ֆինանսական կազմակերպությունները համաշխարհային տնտեսական աճի տեմպերի նվազման կանխատեսումներ են տալիս: Մենք գիտենք, որ համաշխարհային տնտեսության աճի տեմպերի նվազման կանխատեսումներ են արվում՝ 4-ից մինչև 20 տոկոսի սահմաններում: Սա բավականին էական ցուցանիշ է, որն անպայման ազդելու է Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության անդամ երկրների տնտեսության աճի տեմպերի վրա»,- ասաց Մամինը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ այս պարագայում հարկավոր է տնտեսական աճի տեմպերի դանդաղեցման հետևանքները թուլացնելու և հնարավոր համընդհանուր տնտեսական ճգնաժամին հակազդելու համընդհանուր քայլեր մշակել:

Ղազախստանի առաջին փոխվարչապետի խոսքով՝ արդեն այսօր պետք է մտածել, թե ինչ քայլեր պետք է ձեռնարկվեն կանխատեսումների համաձայն սպասվող ցիկլը թուլացնելու համար:

Նա նաև ընդգծեց, որ տնտեսության աճի այսօրվա տեմպերը առայժմ թույլ են տալիս խոսել այն մասին, որ գտնվում են ինչ-որ առումով դրական թրենդի մեջ: Նրա խոսքով՝ թե Ղազախստանում, թե Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության այլ երկրներում տնտեսական բավականին մեծ աճ է նկատվում: «Մենք տեսնում ենք, որ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության ներսում առևտրի ծավալների աճը կազմել է 15 տոկոս, երրորդ երկրների հետ ԵԱՏՄ-ի առևտրի ծավալների աճը կազմել է 23 տոկոս: Սա բավականին բարձր ցուցանիշ է: Բայց ինչպես արդեն ասացի, կանխատեսողները հուսադրող չեն, ուստի մենք պետք է համատեղ քայլեր ձեռնարկենք»,- ասաց Մամինը:

Ղազախստանի առաջին փոխվարչապետն ընդգծեց, որ ԵՏՀ կոլեգիայի նախագահի հետ քննարկում են ունեցել և եկել եզրահանգման, որ ԵԱՏՄ անդամ երկրների համատեղ ջանքերի արդյունքում հնարավոր է ձեռնարկել համապատասխան քայլեր ընդհանուր տնտեսական տարածքի զարգացման, մրցակցության բարձրացման ուղղությամբ, ինչը կնպաստի շոկերի նվազմանը: «Այս ուղղություններով մեզ ակտիվ աշխատանք է սպասվում, բայց ես վստահ եմ, որ համատեղ ջանքերով կարող ենք արդյունքի հասնել: Մենք արդեն խոսել ենք Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի կոլեգիայի նախագահ Տիգրան Սարգսյանի հետ, որ հարկավոր է ձևավորել մշտական գործող մի շտաբ, որպեսզի կարողանանք ժամանակին արձագանքել բոլոր մարտահրավերներին, որոնք կանգնած են մեր ինտեգրացիոն միության առջև»,- եզրափակեց Ասկեր Մամինը:
