Ավտոմեքենաների «հավաքածու», 200 000 դոլար, 62 միլիոն դրամ...Փոխնախարարի ունեցվածքը

ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղկատ վ ա կան տեխնոլոգիաների փոխնախարար Բագրատ Բադալյանը հայտարարագրել է բնակարան, ան հ ա տ ա կան բնա կ ե լ ի 3 տուն, մեկ անավարտ շինություն, 2 հողամաս: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողովի կայքում հրապարակված նրա հայտարարագրից, որը ներկայացրել է այս տարվա հուլիսին:

Նա հայ տ ա ր ա րագ ր ե լ է «MOSKVICH 400», «GAZ 12», «GAZ 67», «GAZ 13 CHAYKA», «GAZ 24», «TOYOTA RAV 4 2.0», «MOSKVICH 403», «ZAZ 965» մակնիշների թվով 8 ավտոմեքենա: Վերոնշյալ ժամանակահատվածում փոխնախարարի դրամական միջոցները կազմել են 200 000 ԱՄՆ դոլար, իսկ եկամուտների հանրագումարը կազմել է 62 384 000 ՀՀ դրամ:

Եկամուտները գոյացել են երկու տարբեր աշխատավարձերից՝ կազմելով 8 384 000 դրամ և 2270 ԱՄՆ դոլար: Եկամուտ է ստացել նաև շահաբաժնից: Թե որ ընկերությունից է շահաբաժինը, նշված չէ, բայց այն կազմել է 25 մլն ՀՀ դրամ: Գույքը օտա ր ե լուց ստաց ված եկամուտն էլ կազմել է 29 մլն ՀՀ դրամ:

Նախարարության կայքում հրապարակված կենսագրական տվյալներից տեղեկանում ենք, որ 2010– 2013թթ. Բագ րատ Բա դ ա լ յա ն ը եղել է ՀՀ տրանսպորտի և կապի նախարարության «Տրանսպորտի ծրագրերի իրականացման գրասենյակ» պետական հիմնարկի Ճանապարհաշինական ծրագրերի իրականացման բաժնի պետը: 2013– 2014թթ. եղել է ՀՀ վերահսկիչ պալատի 5–րդ վարչության մասնագետ: 2014–2015թթ. կրկին պաշ տ ո ն է զբաղեցրել ՀՀ տրանսպորտի և կապի նախարարությունում՝ լինելով «Հյուսիս–հարավ ճանապարհային միջանցքի ներդրումային ծրագրի իրականացման կազ մակերպություն» ՊՈԱԿ–ի գլխավոր ինժեները: Իսկ 2015–2018թթ. եղել է «Ճաննախագիծ Ինստիտուտ» ՍՊԸ–ի փոխտնօրենը:
