Ալավերդիում ծննդաբերելիս մահացել է 33-ամյա Անժելա Ղազարյանը

Փետրվարի 12-ին` ժամը 06:10-ին «Ալավերդի բժշկական կենտրոն» մահացել է 33-ամյա Անժելա Ղազարյանը։ Բժշկական կենտրոնի մանկաբարձագինեկոլոգիական բաժանմունքում փետրվարի 12-ին` ժամը 03:00-ին Թեղուտ գյուղի բնակիչ 33-ամյա Անժելա Ղազարյանը ծննդաբերել և տղա երեխա է ունեցել՝ 3 կգ 700 գրամ քաշով: Երեխան ծնվել է պարանոցի պորտալարի փաթաթումով:

Այսօր «Ալավերդի բժշկական կենտրոն» ՓԲԸ-ի տնօրեն Ստեփան Մոսինյանի «Հետքին» ասաց, որ ժամը 03:10-ին ամբողջական անջատվել է հղիի ընկերքը, որից հետո Անժելա Ղազարյանի մոտ սկսվել է արյունահոսություն: Ծննդաբերողի վիճակը կտրուկ վատացել է ՝ արյան ճնշման կտրուկ անկման և գիտակցության կորուստով:

«Կատարվել է արգանդի խոռոչի ձեռքային շտապ ստուգում, ախտորոշվել է արգանդի պատռվածք»,-հայտնեց տնօրենը: Ս. Մոսինյանի խոսքով, բժշկական կենտրոնի մասնագետների կողմից ենթադրվում է, որ ծննդաբերության ընթացքում Անժելա Ղազարյանի մոտ տեղի է ունեցել տրոմբոէմբոլիա, որը, սակայն, պետք է հիմնավորի դատաբժշկական փորձաքննությունը: Հղիի ծննդաբերությունը վարել է բաժանմունքի բժշկուհի Մարինե Մակիչյանը: Վերջինս բաժանմունքի վարիչ Լ. Մկրտումյանին շտապ տեղեկացրել է հղիի անգիտակից վիճակի մասին:

Ժամը 4:20-ին կյանքի ցուցումով կատարվել է Անժելա Ղազարյանի արգանդի վիրահատություն: Բաժանմունքի վարիչ Լ.Մկրտումյանի և Ստեփան Մոսինյանի հավաստմամբ, հիվանդի վիճակը մնացել է ծանր, անգիտակից: Արյան ճնշումը չի չափվել, զարկերակը չի շոշափվել: Վիրահատարանում կատարվել են արյան ներարկում, սակայն հիվանդի վիճակում այդպես էլ լավացում չի նկատվել և փետրվարի 12-ին` ժամը 06:10-ին, 33-ամյա Անժելա Ղազարյանի մոտ արձանագրվել է մահ: Ս. Մոսինյանի խոսքով, հղիի արգանդի պատռվածքը տեղի է ունեցել կամ մինչև ծննդաբերելը, կամ ծննդաբերելու ընթացքում: Երեխան ծնվել է թթվածնային քաղցով: Երևանից հրավիրվել է ռեանիմոբիլ, որով նորածինին տեղափոխել են Ծերեթելի բժշկական կենտրոն, որտեղ էլ այժմ գտնվում է փոքրիկը:

«Երեկվա դրությամբ նորածինը գտնվում էր միջին ծանրության վիճակում, այսուհանդերձ նրա առողջության զարգացումը դեպի դրական է գնում»,- ասաց Ս. Մոսինյանը: Մանկաբարձագինեկոլոգիական բաժանմունքի վարիչ Լյուդա Մկրտումյանի խոսքով, Թեղուտ գյուղի բնակիչ, կրկնածին, 33 տարեկան Անժելա Ղազարյանը «Ալավերդու բժշկական կենտրոն» ՓԲ-ի մանկաբարձագինեկոլոգիական բաժանմունք է ընդունվել փետրվարի 9-ին, 41 շաբաթական հղիությամբ: «Փետրվարի 10-ին և 11-ին հիվանդի վիճակը եղել է բավարար, պտղի խաղը եղել է ակտիվ, անցել է գերձայնային և կլինկալաբորատոր հետազոտություններ: Փետրվարի 11-ի երեկոյան` ժամը 9-ին, սկսվել է ծննդաբերական գործունեություն»,- ասում է Լ․Մկրտումյանը:

Բժշկուհի Մարինե Մակիչյանի խոսքով, Անժելա Ղազարյանի ծննդաբերությունը նորմալ է ընթացել, երեխան ծնվել է թթվածնային քաղցով, գրեթե անգիտակից, սակայն իր ռեանիմացիոն գործողությունից հետո երեխայի վիճակում դրական փոփոխություն է նկատվել: Ընկերքն անջատվելուց հետո Անժելայի վիճակը կտրուկ վատացել է, նա գիտակցությունը կորցրել է:

«Հետքը» այսօր Թեղուտում հանդիպել է Անժելա Ղազարյանի հարազատներին: Անժելայի ամուսինը՝ Արկադի Դավթյանն ասաց, որ տեղյակ չէ, թե կնոջ մահը ինչպես է եղել:
