ԲՀԿ-ի ստեղծած ծանրակշիռ համագործակցության պլատֆորմը մտատանջությունների առիթ է տվել որոշ մութ ուժերի

Արմեն Եսայանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Այն բանից հետո, ինչ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի և վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի մեջ ստորագրվեց համաձայնության հուշագիր, որոշակիացավ նաև ժողովրդի կամաարտահայտության համար պատրաստակամ ուժերի քաղաքական օրակարգը, ովքեր պարաստ են բաց ճակատով գնալ ընտրությունների ժողովրդի համար ցանկալի ժամկետներում։ Այս հուշագրի ստորագրումը փաստեց այն, ինչ ամիսներ շարունակ ասվում էր, բայց արդեն փաստացի թղթի վրա ամրագրվածը կասեցրեց մութ ուժերի կոմից հանրությանը հրամցվող ամատեղեկատվության հոսցքը։ Սակայն այդ նույն ուժերին կարծես թե հանգիստ չի տալիս երկրում ներքաղաքական կայունությունը և ամեն պատեհ ու անպատեհ առիթ օգտագործում են նորից ինֆորմացիոն քաոս ստեղծելու համար։ Ահա նման մի խժդժություն էլ փորձել են առաջացնել Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի հրավերով Ռուսաստանի Պետդումայի իշխող՝ «Եդինայա Ռոսսիա» խմբակցության ղեկավար Սերգեյ Նեվերովի գլխավորած պատվիրակության հայաստանյան այցը։ Այնուհետև անկապելի մի կապով փորձ է արվում համադրելու նաև երեկ Երևանում ուկրաինացի բանաստեղծ Տարաս Շևչենկոյի հուշարձանի բացման առթիվ ուկրաինական կեղմի հետ տեղի ունեցած հանդիպումը ։
Առաջինի հետ կապված պետք է նշել, որ ԲՀԿ-ն արդեն երկար տարիներ է, ինչ համագործակցում է «Եդինայա Ռոսսիա» կուսակցության հետ, և պատվիրակությունը առաջին հերթին Հայաստանում էր համագործակցության հոբելյանական տասը տարվա առթիվ։ Սա նշանակում է, որ այն պլանավորված էր մինչ հոկտեմբերի 2-ը, ինչի մասին խոսվում էր սպասարկու լրատվականում տեղ գտած հոդվածում։ Այնուհետև պետք է փաստել, որ սա ոչ միայն միջկուսակցական կարևոր այւց էր, այլև միջազգային հարաբերությունների զարգացման տեսանկյունից էր նշանակալից։ Ռուսաստանի, որպես ՀՀ կարևորագույն դաշնակիցներից մեկի, բարիդրացիական հարաբերությունները պահպալները առաջին հերթին բխում է մեր պետական շահից։ Նույն այս շահից է բխում նաև այլ երկրների հետ դաշնակցային հարաբերությունների պահպանման ու սերտացման համար արվող քայլերը, ինչ նպատակով էլ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի ջանքերով երեկ ՀՀ մայրաքաղաքում բացվեց Տարաս Շևչենկոյի հուշարձանը։ Սա ևս երկու երկրների միջև առկա դիվանագիտական կապերի արժևորման և դրանց խորացման համար արվող քայլեր են։
Ահա այսպիսի շանրակշիռ համագործակցության պլատֆորմը, որ շարունակում է հաստատել ԲՀԿ առաջնորդ Ծառուկյանը կարծես թե շատերին մտանատջվելու առիթ է տվել ու նորից նույն հակաքարոզչական մեքենան են փորձում գործի դնել։ Բայց որքան էլ անհիմն կերպով փորձ արվի նախընտրական այս ժամանակահատվածում ԲՀԿ-ի կողմից իրականացվող գործունեությունը այլ լույս տակ ներկայացնել, մեկ բան հստակ է՝ ԲՀԿ-ն շանրակշիռ ու հեղինակություն ունեցող ուժ է ոչ միայն ներքաղաքական կյանքում, այլև միջազգային հարթակներում, իսկ այս հանդիպումներում ոչ մի քողարկված միտումներ չկան, այլ կուսակցական գործունեության բնականոն գործընթաց է, ու այն այլ լույսի տակ ներկայացնելը պարզապես խուճապի նոպաներ են։
