Առանցքային հուշագիր Հայաստանի պատմության էջերի համար

Սելինա Սահակյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Հայաստանի ներքաղաքական կյանքում երեկ տեղի ունեցավ առանցքային նշանակության փոփոխություն: Ներկայիս երկու ամենակենսունակ քաղաքական ուժերի ղեկավարները հանդիպեցին և որոշում ձեռք բերեցին, որ պետք է հարգվի ժողովրդի իրավունքն ու ցանկությունները, որի դրսևորումը պետք է դառնա արատահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները: Եթե ժողովուրդը ցանկանում է ընտրություններ, ապա նրանց կամքը իրականացնելը գերակա նպատակ է դառնում:
Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը և Նիկիոլ Փաշինյանը դրսևորեցին քաղաքական կայունություն և կառուցողական քննարկումների արդյունքում ստորագրվեց հուշագիր, որը հիմնովին արտահայտում է ժողովրդի ցանկությունները: Եվ արդյունքում մենք դեկտեմբերին պետք է ունենանք ընտրություններ: Այս հուշագիրը ևս մեկ անգամ ապացուցեց, որ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը, ոնց որ միշտ կանգնած է եղել ժողովրդի կողքին, այնպես էլ շարունակում է կանգնած մնալ ու աջակցել նրա ցանկություններին:
Հուշագրի առանցքային կետերից մեկը կարելի է համարել 4-րդ կետը, որով կողմերը պատրաստակամ են համատեղ աշխատել երկրում մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության մակարդակը բարձրացնելու, Հայաստանի և Արցախի անվտանգությունն ամրապնդելու, սփյուռքի հետ արդյունավետ համագործակցությունը խորացնելու, Հայաստանում օտարերկրյա ներդրումների իրականացմանը նպաստելու, երկրում խորքային սոցիալ-տնտեսական բարեփոխումներ իրականացնելու ուղղությամբ: Սա առանցքային կետերից մեկն է, քանի որ նախ և առաջ լուծվելու է հասարակության կենսապայմանների բարելավվման խնդիրները: Իսկ օտարերկրյա կապիտալի ներդրումը, միշտ էլ կարևոր է եղել, քանի որ այն ապահովում է նոր աշխատատեղերի առկայությունը: Այս տեսանկյունից Հայաստանում միշտ իր ներդրումային առաջարկներով ոգևորել է ներդրողներին Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը, որին բազում օտարերկրյա ներդրողներ հավատացել են ու իրենց կապիտալն են ներդրել հայկական տնտեսության մեջ:
Այն հարցին, թե ի՞նչ հեռանկաներ է բացում այս հուշագիրը, կպատասխանեմ, որ այն բազում հեռանկարներ է բացում: Սակայն կողմերը պետք է ճիշտ կարողանան գնահատել ստեղծված իրավիճակը, որպեսզի առավելագույն հնարավորություններ ստեղծեն ժողովրդավարական արժեքների հաստատաման համար: Բոլորս էլ գիտենք, որ հեղափոխության նպատակը ժողովրդավարական արժեքների հաստատումներ էր և պետք է հետևողական քայլեր իրականացվեն այդ նպատակներին հասնելու համար:
