Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը պետականամետ և ժողովրդամետ քաղաքական գործիչ է

Մարի Սերոբյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Վերջին օրերին ներքաղաքական կյանքում ծագած լարվածությունը որոշակիորեն թուլացավ՝ երեկ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի և Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի միջև 2018թ. դեկտեմբերին ՀՀ-ում արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ անցկացնելու վերաբերյալ ստորագրված հուշագրի շնորհիվ: Այս հուշագիրը իրականում վերջ դրեց ներքաղաքական մի շարք խմորումների: Ծառուկյանը հստակ ցույց տվեց ևս մեկ անգամ, որ իր համար առաջնահերթը ժողովրդի կամքն է և եթե ժողվուրդը ուզում է, որ արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները անցկացվեն դեկտեմբերին, ապա նա աջակցում է դրան: Ծառուկյանի ներդրումը հեղափոխության իրականացմանը անուրանալի է, նա իր թիմով պաշտպանեց ժողովրդի առաջարկած վարչապետի թեկնածուին, հիմա էլ առաջնորդվում է նորից ժողովրդի կամքով:
Սա խոսում է առաջին հերթին այն մասին, որ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը պետականամետ և ժողովրդամետ քաղաքական գործիչ է, ում ջանքերի շնորհիվ հաջողվում է խուսափել ներքաղաքական ցնցումներից:
Հուշագիրը պարունակում է մի քանի դրույթներ, որոնցից մեկը վերաբերում է Հայաստանում օտարերկրյա ներդրումների իրականացմանը նպաստելուն, երկրում խորքային սոցիալ-տնտեսական բարեփոխումներ իրականացնելուն: Այն որ հենց Ծառուկյանի շնորհիվ Հայաստանում բազմաթիվ ներդրումներ են գալիս բոլորին է հայտնի, հենց նրա երաշխավորությամբ Հայաստան եկած ներդրումների շնորհիվ է տնտեսական մի շարք ոլորտների զարկ տրվում: Եվ այս ասպեկտում Ծառուկյանը, այո՛ անփոխարինելի է: Մեր երկիրը ունի նրա կարիքը, որպես պետականամետ գոծիչ, ով օգտագործում է իր կապերն ու հնարավորություննրը՝ երկրի սոցիալ-տնտեսական զարգացման համար:
