Ծառուկյան-Փաշինյան տանդեմը սոցիալ-տնտեսական բարեփոխումների հիմնաքար

Էլլա Հովհաննիսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Երեկ հայաստանյան ողջ քաղաքական և մեդիա դաշտն անհամբերությամբ սպասում էին Ծառուկյան-Փաշինյան ձևաչափով հանդիպմանը: Մինչ այդ հայտնի էր միայն, որ առկա է «ընդհանուր պայմանավորվածություն»: Քիչ անց բոլոր լրատվականների գլխագրերի հետ մեկտեղ հայտնվեց նաև Վարչապետի ֆեյսբուքյան պաշտոնական էջի հաղորդագրությունը.
«Քիչ առաջ ԲՀԿ նախագահ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի հետ ստորագրեցինք հուշագիր՝ 2018թ. դեկտեմբերին ՀՀ-ում արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ անցկացնելու վերաբերյալ»: Վիճակը նետված էր:
Փորձենք հասկանալ, թե նրանցից յուրաքանչյուրը ինչ ակնկալիքներով էր մոտեցել այս հանդիպմանը: Փաշինյանի համար պարզ էր մեկ իրողություն՝ խորհրդարանում իրեն անհրաժեշտ է հենարան՝ իր հրաժարականից հետո Վարչապետի այլ թեկնածուի առաջադրման վտանգից իրեն ապահովագրելու համար: Ծառուկյանը՝ ի դեմս «Բարգավաճ Հայաստանի», կանգնած է եղել հեղափոխության ակունքներում, և անվերապահորեն աջակցել Փաշինյանին 2 փուլով Վարչապետ ընտրվելու հարցում: Ի դեպ 2-րդ անգամ Փաշինյանը թեկնածու էր առաջադրվել միայն Ծառուկյան դաշինքի պատգամավորների ստորագրությունների շնորհիվ: Այս առումով Փաշինյանի համար նախընտրելի էր բանակցությունների նստել հենց Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի հետ, քանզի նրանք արդեն իրար հետ որոշակի ճանապարհ են անցել:
Ծառուկյանը, ով միշտ վարել է ժողովրդամետ քաղաքականություն, բանակցությունների ժամանակ ևս մեկ անգամ վերահաստատեց իր այն թեզը, որ ժողովրդի կամքը իր կուսակցության վարած քաղաքականության մեջ ուղենշային է: Հետևաբար, հայտնի իրադարձություններից հետո ոչինչ չի փոխվել, «Բարգավաճ Հայաստանը» սատարում է ժողովրդին և նրա թեկնածուին: Դեղին մամուլի և, կարելի է ասել, սադրիչ ուժերի «թանկագին խաթեր համար» կնքվեց նաև հայտնի հուշագիրը՝ առ այն, որ արտահերթ ընտրությունները կկայանան դեկտեմբերին, և որ «Ծառուկյան դաշինք» խմբակցությունը, ուշադրություն, որպես հեղափոխությանը աջակցող ուժ, չի առաջադրի սեփական թեկնածու ու չի սատարի այլ թեկնածուի: Մի այլ շատ կարևոր դրվագ ևս դուրս մնաց մամուլի լուսաբանման սպեկտորից: Երկխոսության ժամանակ տեսանյութում հստակ լսվում է ինչպես է Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը դիմելով Փաշինյանին ասում, որ դեռևս հեղափոխությունից հետո այն հարցին, թե երբ է պետք նշանակել արտահերթ ընտրությունները, Ծառուկյանը պատասխանել է, որ նույնիսկ հունիսին է համաձայն գնալ արտահերթի, եթե այդպես հարմար կգտնեն:
Առանձնահատուկ ուշադրության է արժանի հուշագրի 4-րդ կետը. կողմերը պատրաստակամ են համատեղ աշխատել օտարերկրյա ներդրումների իրականացմանը նպաստելու, երկրում խորքային սոցիալ-տնտեսական բարեփոխումներ իրականացնելու ուղղությամբ: Փաշինյանը ևս հասկանում է, որ միջազգային հզոր տնտեսական և, ինչու ոչ, քաղաքական կապեր ունեցող Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը անփոխարինելի նպաստ կունենա այս հարցում:
Ի վերջո, կարող ենք արձանագրել, որ տվյալ փուլում գտնվեց լավագույն լուծումը: Պետությունը՝ ի դեմս Փաշինյան-Ծառուկյան տանդեմի, զերծ կմնա ավելորդ ցնցումներից, և նախադրյալներ կստեղծվեն սոցիալ-տնտեսական բարեփոխումների իրականացման համար:
