ԲՀԿ-ն արտահերթ ընտրությունները կազմակերպելուն երբեք էլ դեմ չի եղել․․․

Մանե Առաքելյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Հոկտեմբերի 2-ին ԱԺ արտահերթ նիստում ընդունված օրինագծի շուրջ հասարակության մեջ ուղղակի լեգենդներ հյուսվեցին: «ԱԺ Կանոնակարգ օրենքում» փոփոխություն կատարելու մասին օրենքի այս պարզ նախագիծը դիտարկվեց որպես ժողովրդի գլխին կախված դամոկլյան սուր: Եվ ժողովուրդը դուրս եկավ «պայքարելու» իր իշխանության համար։
Այս ամենի արդյունքում խորհրդարանական 3 ուժեր, որոնք մասնակցել էին քվեարկությանը, մնացին բարիկադի մյուս կողմում կանգնած: Երևակայական բարիկադներ կառուցելու միտումը, անխոս, վտանգավոր է, իսկ ժողովրդի կողքին միշտ կանգնած ուժերին այդ բարիկադի մյուս կողմում տեղավորելը՝ առավել ևս: Խոսքը, իհարկե, Ծառուկյան դաշինքի մասին է: Այդ ինչպե՞ս եղավ, որ հեղափոխությանը աջակցած, Փաշինյանի վարչապետությանը 2 անգամ սատարած ուժը (ընդ որում 2-րդ անգամ Փաշինյանը Վարչապետի թեկնածու առաջադրվեց բացառապես Ծառուկյան խմբակցության ստորագրությունների շնորհիվ), հանկարծ «դարձավ» ժողովրդի ցանկությանը դեմ կանգնած ուժ: Եվ պետք չէ հայտնի խաղի կանոններով անընդհատ կրկնել, որ ԲՀԿ-ն հեղափոխությանը միացել է ուշ: ԲՀԿ-ն հեղափոխությանը միացել է ամենաճակատագրական պահին, երբ փողոցի պայքարը պետք էր ինստիտուցիոնալացնել:
Իրավիճակի շուրջ պարզաբանմամբ հանդես եկավ անձամբ ԲՀԿ նախագահ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը: Հարցազրույցը ստացվել էր բավական կոռեկտ և սպառիչ: ԲՀԿ-ն ժողովրդի կողքին է, եթե նրանք հապշտապ ընտրություններ են ցանկանում, ապա կլինեն դեկտեմբերյան ընտրություններ: Բավական փաստարկված հնչեց այն միտքը, որ ԲՀԿ-ն արտահերթ ընտրությունները կազմակերպելուն երբեք էլ դեմ չի եղել, դրա պարզ վկայությունն է այն, որ կողմ են քվեարկել Կառավարության ծրագրին, որտեղ ֆիքսված էր 1 տարվա ընթացքում արտահերթ ընտրությունների անցկացումը: Սակայն, եթե 1 տարին բավական էր օրենսդրորեն պատրաստվելու նոր մակարդակի ընտրություններին, ապա դեկտեմբերը արդեն «քթի տակ է», իսկ կառավարությունը նույնիսկ ընտրական օրենսգիրքը դեռ չի բերել ԱԺ, սահամանդրական ոչ մի փոփոխություն դեռ չի նախաձեռնել, մատնահետքերի միասնական համակարգի ներդրման մասին խոսք անգամ չկա, և ընտրությանը այսպես հապճեպ մոտենալը, մեղմ ասած, անհասկանալի է:
Այս պարզ մտահոգությունը փորձ արվեց ներկայացնել որպես փաստ, թե ԲՀԿ-ն ինքը պատրաստ չէ և դեմ է արտահերթ ընտրություններին: Ծառուկյանի խոսքից ավելի քան պարզ էր, որ իրենք ավելի պատրաստ են դրան, քան նույնիսկ գործող իշխանությունները:
Այստեղ ուղղակի գնում է հաղթանակի դափնիները չկիսելու պայքար: Իմաստուն ժողովուրդն ասում է՝ եթե ցանկանում ես արագ գնալ, գնա մենակ, եթե ցանկանում ես երկար գնալ՝ գնացեք միասին:
