Առաջիկայում պետք է պատրաստ լինել իրավիճակի հետագա սրացման

Կոնստանտին Տեր-Նակալյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է .

Տպավորություն է, որ Ադրբեջանն ու Ուկրաինան խոսքները մեկ են արել ու ամեն գնով ցանկանում են իրենց թեժ կետերում «կառավարվող» լարվածություն ստեղծել։ Իհարկե, բարդ է հստակ ասել, թե որոնք են այս երկրների ղեկավարությունների մոտիվները, բայց ինչպես Դոնբասսում, այնպես էլ Արցախում, իրավիճակն այնպես է, ասես, սադրող կողմը անի հնարավորը, որպեսզի կոնֆլիկտի չափավոր էսկալացիա լինի։
Ուկրաինան թողնենք հանգիստ, որովհետւև առանձին քննարկման թեմա է։ Անդրադառնանք Արցախում վերջին զարգացումներին։ Առանձնակի տարօրինակ է այն փաստը, որ արդեն սովորական դարձած հրաձգային ու ականանետային կրակին ավելացել է փողային հրետանի։ Տարօրինակ է, որովհետև ակնհայտորեն թույլ ու քիչ կիրառական զինատեսակ են ընտրել մեր ոխերիմ հարևանները՝ 1946 թվականին սպառազինության մեջ ընդգրկված 85մմ-ոց Դ-44 հրանոթներ։
Սա ինձ՝ հրետանավորիս համար առավել քան տարօրինակ է թվում, որովհետև այս զինատեսակը ամենաթույլ ու քիչ կիրառականներից է թե՛ մեր, թե՛ ադրբեջանցիների զինանոցներում։ Այն ո՛չ երևելի հեռահարություն ունի, ո՛չ երևլի տրամաչափ, ո՛չ էլ հարմար է՝ ժամանակակից պայմանների համար։ Ու սա այն պարգայում, երբ նույն Ադրբեջանի զինանոցում կան շատ ավելի արդյունավետ Դ-30 հաուբիցները, կամ շատ ավելի հզոր ու մեծ տարամաչափի Դ-20-երը։ Տրամաբանական հարց է առաջանում, թե ինչո՞ւ է Ադրբեջանը դիտավորյալ օգտագործում ակնհայտորեն թույլ զինատեսակներ, որոնց բավականին հեշտ է պատասխան կրակով խոցելը (ինչը, ի դեպ եղել է հենց այս գիշեր ըստ որոշ ոչ պաշտոնական տեղեկությունների)։ Հասկանալի է, որ սադրանք է, բայց կոնկրետ ի՞նչ են ուզում սադրել ու որ պակաս կարևոր չէ՝ ի՞նչ արդյունքի համար են գնում նման պրովոկացիաների։
Դատելով ԼՂՀ ՊԲ-ի պաշտոնական հայտարարություններից՝ տպավորություն է, որ ցանկանում են, որ մեր հրետանային հակահարվածը վնասի նաև իրենց սահանամերձ բնակավայրերը, քանի որ առաջին հաղորդագրություններից մեկում նշված էր, որ հրանոթային մարտկոցները դիրքավորել են բնակավայրերի անմիջական հարևանությամբ։ Հաշվի առնելով ԵԱՀԿ-ի անատամությունն ու պասիվությունը, չի բացառվում, որ փորձում են Կազուս Բելլի ստեղծեն ու մի որոշ (ոչ երկար) ժամանակահատված հետո, հայտարարելով, որ ցանկանում են «սեպարատիստների» հրետանային ոտնձգությունները կասեցնել իրենց խաղաղ բնակավայրերի վրա, նոր միկրոպատերազմ հրահրեն՝ ինչ-որ լոկալ խնդիր լուծելու ու հետո դա՝ որպես մեծ հաղթանակ հրամցնելու նպատակով (մոտավորապես այն, ինչ եղավ Ապրիլին)։
Կա նաև երկրորդ տարբերակ, որը առավել հաճախ հնչում է ռուսական մեդիաներում՝ Ուկրաինական ճգնաժամի վերջին սրացումը քննարկելիս․ ուզում են այս կերպ իրենց վրա գրավեն ԱՄՆ-ի նոր վարչակազմի ուշադրությունը և հաշվի առնելով Թրամփի ադմինիստրացիայի անցումնային վիճակը։ Արհեստականորեն իրավիճակը կատալիզացնելով՝ նրանք ցանկանում են ավելի նպաստային կոնֆիգուրացիա ստեղծեն նոր վարչակազմի հետ հարաբերություններ կառուցելիս։
Ամեն դեպքում, առաջիկայում պետք է պատրաստ լինել իրավիճակի հետագա սրացման, և սա պետք է իմանալ ու հասկանալ ոչ թե հարայ-հուրույի համար, այլ որպեսզի էլ երբեք չլինի այն սառը ցնցուղը էֆեկտը, որպիսին Ապրիլն էր։ Պետք է հասկանանք, որ պատերազմը ոչ միայն հնարավոր է, այլ առկա իրականություն և բնավ միայն մեզանից չէ կախված, թե երբ այն կթևակոխի ավելի սուր էսկալացիայի փուլ։
