Կուսակցական պատկանելությունն առաջնային չի լինելու կառավարության կադրային քաղաքականությունում

Կուսակցական պատկանելությունն առաջնային չի լինելու կառավարության կադրային քաղաքականությունում: Այս մասին հոկտեմբերի 3-ին Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հայտնեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ պատասխանելով նոր նշանակվելիք նախարարների թեկնածուների ու նրանց կուսակցական լինելու մասին հարցին:

«Ընդհանրապես, կարծում եմ, որ կուսակցական պատկանելությունը առաջնային չի լինելու մեր հետագա կադրային քաղաքականության մեջ: Առաջնային լինելու են պրոֆեսիոնալ կարողությունները, ինչը չի նշանակում, որ կուսակցական չի լինելու, ինչը չի նշանակում, որ կուսակցական է լինելու»,- ասաց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

Հոկտեմբերի 2-ին ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իր աշխատակազմին հրահանգեց ստորագրման պատրաստել ՀՅԴ-ն ու «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքը ներկայացնող նախարարներին ու մարզպետներին աշխատանքից ազատելու մասին որոշում:

Հոկտեմբերի 3-ին Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանի ստորագրած հրամանագրերով պաշտոնանկ են արվել ՀՀ էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների և բնական պաշարների նախարար Արթուր Գրիգորյանը, ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարար Աշոտ Հակոբյանը, ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարար Արծվիկ Մինասյանը, ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Արթուր Խաչատրյանը, ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարար Հրաչյա Ռոստոմյանը, ՀՀ սպորտի և երիտասարդության հարցերի նախարար Լևոն Վահրադյանը։

«Ազգային ժողովի կանոնակարգ» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սահմանադրական օրենքում փոփոխություն կատարելու մասին օրենքի նախագծի քվեարկությունը ՀՀԿ հրավերով հոկտեմբերի 2-ին, ժամը 19:30-ին հրավիրված արտահերթ նիստում ընդունվեց 67 կողմ ձայնով: Կողմ էին քվեարկել պատգամավորներ ՀՀԿ-ից, «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքից և ՀՅԴ-ից: Դրանից հետո ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հանրահավաք անցկացրեց Բաղրամյան պողոտայում, հետո գնաց ԱԺ և բանակցեց խմբակցությունների հետ:

Ընդունված փոփոխությամբ, եթե ԱԺ պատգամավորների համար խոչընդոտող հանգամանքներ լինեն նիստին մասնակցելու համար, ապա ԱԺ նախագահը կարող է նիստը հետաձգել: «Ելք»-ը դեմ էր արտահատվել դրան՝ ասելով, որ դա խորհրդարանը ցրելը կանխելու փորձ է:
