Ընտրությունների անցկացման մեր սցենարն ուժի մեջ է՝ անկախ մյուս խմբակցությունների վարչապետի թեկնածու չառաջադրելու հուշագրի ստորագրելուց. Փաշինյան

ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը վստահեցնում է՝ անկախ նրանից, թե մյուս խմբակցությունները կստորագրեն, թե չեն ստորագրի վարչապետի թեկնածու չառաջադրելու հուշագիր, ընտրությունների անցկացման իրենց սցենարն ուժի մեջ է: Վարչապետն այս մասին նշեց ԱԺ-ում հարցուպատասխանից հետո լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում:

«Անկախ նրանից՝ խմբակցությունները հուշագիրը կստորագրեն, թե ոչ, մենք մեր սցենարը հրապարակել ենք, և քանի դեռ այն չեղյալ համարված չէ, ուրեմն ուժի մեջ է: Երեկ ես իրենց տեղեկացրել եմ Հայաստանում հաստատված նոր քաղաքական իրավիճակի մասին և ասել, թե ինչ ենք պատրաստվում անել: Նրանք էլ ասել են, որ այս իրավիճակում չեն պատրաստվում վարչապետի թեկնածու առաջադրել: Եվ ասել են շատ հստակ: Եվ եթե ուզում են թեկնածու առաջադրել, թող առաջադրեն»,- նկատեց Փաշինյանը:

Վարչապետն անդրադարձավ նաև ՀՀԿ պատգամավոր Արմեն Աշոտյանի ակնարկին, թե հնարավոր է՝ վարչապետի թեկնածու առաջադրել-չառաջադրելու հարցում այնքան էլ ճիշտ չեն հասկացել իրար. «Հարց է առաջանում, եթե մենք խոսում ենք և իրար այնքան էլ ճիշտ չենք հասկանում, էլ ինչ իմաստ ունի խոսակցությունը: Քանի դեռ չկան հստակ ազդակներ, որ մենք իրար ճիշտ ենք հասկանում, մեր գործընկերներն իրավիճակը ճիշտ են հասկանում, ես կարծում եմ, որ այդ խոսակցության ռացիոնալության վերաբերյալ հարցեր կարող են առաջանալ»,- նշեց վարչապետը:

Նա հավելեց՝ իրենց պլանով գնալու են առաջ, և ընդգծեց՝ ակնհայտ է, որ արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների պահանջը համաժողովրդական է: Վարչապետը նշեց նաև՝ դժվարությամբ է պատկերացնում այն մարդկանց, ովքեր պատրաստվում են դիմադրել դրան:

Ի պատասխան դիտարկմանը, որ ՀՀԿ-ն ասում է՝ իրենց օրակարգում չկա վարչապետ չառաջադրելու հարց, վարչապետն ասաց՝ չկա, չեն մասնակցի:

« Դեկտեմբերին լինելու են արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ, ես ասել եմ՝ կա երկու տարբերակ: Այդ ընտրություններին խորհրդարանական խմբակցությունները գնում են համագործակցության կամ ոչ համագործակցության մթնոլորտում: Համագործակցության մթնոլորտն այն է, որ մենք փորձում ենք բարելավել Ընտրական օրենսգիրքը: Մենք ասում եք, որ պատրաստ ենք, այդ թվում՝ միջազգային կազմակերպություններին ասել, որ փոփոխություններ առաջադրեն Ընտրական օրենսգրքում. մենք որևէ խնդիր չունենք Ընտրական օրենսգրքի հետ, որ այն համապատասխանի միջազգային չափանիշներին»,-ասաց Փաշինյանը:

Վարչապետը նշեց նաև՝ քանի դեռ արտահերթ ընտրութուններ տեղի չեն ունեցել, ներքաղաքական ճգնաժամը խորանում է: Այն հաղթահարելու միակ ճանապարհը ընտրություններն են:
