Զավեշտալի դատական նիստ՝ Վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանում. «Ռետին» դատախազն ու «Խորտիկ» դատավորը հանցագործ աշխարհում հեղինակություն համարվող Արտյոմ Կանևսկոյի փաստաբանների միջնորդությունը անգրագետ ձևի մերժեցին. ՖՈՏՈՌԵՊՈՐՏԱԺ

Երեկ՝ հոկտեմբերի 1-ին, Վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանում դատավոր Մնացական Հարությունյանի նախագահությամբ տեղի է ունեցել Արտյոմ Հարությունովի փաստաբանների միջնորդության քննարկումը։ Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, Ա. Հարությունովի փաստաբան Վարդուհի Էլբակյանը միջնորդություն էր ներկայացրել նշված դատարան, որպեսզի դատարանը գրավով ազատ արձակի Ա. Հարությունովին, ով ավելի շատ հայտնի է «Արտյոմ Կանևսկոյ» մականվամբ։ 3 ժամ տևած դատական նիստի ժամանակ փաստաբաններ Ա. Էլբակյանն ու Հովսեփ Սարգսյանը հիմնավոր ներկայացրել են պատճառները, որ Ա. Հարությունովը անհիմն, ինչ-որ մարդու շինծու հայտարարության հիման վրա ձերբակալվել ու կալանավորվել է։ Եթե լուրջ իրավաբանները քրեական գործի նյութերին ծանոթանան, ապա մեկ բառով կբնորոշեն հարուցված քրգործը՝ այն ամբողջությամբ շինծու է և հում, որ նման հոդվածով առնվազն անհեթեթություն է մարդուն մեղադրանք ներկայացնելն ու կալանավորելը։ Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ գրավի միջնորդության դիմաց Ա. Հարությունովին ազատ արձակելու փաստաբանների միջնորդությանը անգամ չի առարկել գործը քննող Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության քննչական վարչության քննիչը։ Իսկ մեղադրող դատախազ Արամ Արամյանը, ով ավելի շատ դատախազության համակարգում հայտնի է «Ռետին» մականվամբ, քանի որ նա համարվում է Գևորգ Կոստանյանի կադրը, 3 բառ է խոսել դատական նիստի ժամանակ, որ միջնորդությունը դատարանը պետք է մերժի, որից հետո դատավոր Մ. Հարությունյանը, ում Վարդենիսում ավելի շատ ճանաչում են «Խորտիկ» մականվամբ, քանի որ Վարդենիսում աշխատած տարիներին ընդմիջումներին միշտ սիրել է սեղանը լցնել խորտիկներով, ու տեղացիները նրան անվանել են «Խորտիկ Մնաց» մականվամբ, մերժել է փաստաբանների միջնորդությունը։ Ֆոտոլրագրողի հետ զրույցում փաստաբան Վ. Էլբակյանն ասում էր. «Ա. Հարությունովը բազմաթիվ բարեգործական ակցիաներ է կատարել, ապրիլյան, քառօրյա պատերազմի օրերին իր միջոցներով իր ընկերների ու բարեկամների հետ առաջնագիծն անառիկ պահող Արցախի պաշտպանության բանակի զինվորներին է հասցրել մեծ քանակի անհրաժեշտ պարագաներ, էլ չենք ասում կարևոր տրանսպորտային միջոցների մասին, բայց այդ ամենի մասին նրա հորդորով չի հրապարակվել։ Վերջին ժամանակներս, երբ հանրապետությունում իրավիճակ փոխվեց, մեծ թվով մարդիկ, ովքեր ավելի լուրջ և հիմնավոր քրեական օրենսգրքի հոդվածներով են մեղադրվում, գրավով ազատ են արձակվել, իսկ մեր միջնորդությունը պարոն դատախազն ու պարոն դատավորը մերժեցին առանց որևէ տևական հիմնավորման։ Մենք պատրաստվում ենք հերթական բողոքը ներկայացնել ու հուսով ենք, որ գոնե այս անգամ իրավական պահը չի կաղի և հավատում ենք ժողովրդակաան այն խոսքին, որ արդարությունը հիվանդանում, բայց չի մահանում»։
