Վերջին շրջանում հայկական բռնցքամարտում ծավալվող իրադարձություններն ինձ համար մտահոգիչ են. Հրաչյա Ռոստոմյան

ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարար Հրաչյա Ռոստոմյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Վերջին շրջանում հայկական բռնցքամարտում ծավալվող իրադարձություններն ինձ համար մտահոգիչ են, և որպես, ՀԱՕԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար, որոշեցի անդրադառնալ ոչ միայն մարզաշխարհի ներկայացուցիչների ու մարզասերների՝ այս առթիվ ինձ ուղղված հարցերին, այլև ի պաշտոնե հայտնել մեր դիրքորոշումը՝ ստեղծված իրավիճակի հետ կապված։
Նախ նշեմ, որ ՀԱՕԿ-ը, ցանկացած պարագայում զերծ մնալով կողմնակալ վերաբերմունքից, իր պատրաստակամությունն է հայտնել՝ հայկական բռնցքամարտում ի հայտ եկած խնդիրները լսելու, դրանք կարգավորելու և ստեղծված լարվածությունը վերացնելու հարցում։ Քանզի բնական է, որ այս անառողջ մթնոլորտը թողնելու է իր բացասական ազդեցությունը հայկական բռնցքամարտի վրա, և կարծում եմ՝ դրա տեսանելի հետևանքը հենց Երիտասարդների աշխարհի առաջնության ոչ այնքան էլ գոհացուցիչ արդյունքներն էին։
Հարկ եմ համարում նշել, որ ինձ համար առնվազն անհասկանալի են այն մեղադրանքները, թե փորձ է արվում քաղաքականացնել սպորտը, այն դեպքում, որ ես, տարիներ շարունակ լինելով ՀԱՕԿ-ում, կարող եմ վստահեցնել, որ Օլիմպիական կոմիտեն մշտապես ունեցել է բացառապես չքաղաքականացված գործելաոճ, պահպանել է իր բարձր դիրքերը՝ մշտապես առաջնորդվելով Օլիմպիական խարտիայի կանոններով։ Եվ տարակուսելի է հատկապես այն փաստը, որ այսօրինակ մեղադրանքներ հնչեցնում են հատկապես այն մարդիկ, ովքեր մինչ Թավշյա հեղափոխությունը, եղել են քաղաքական կուրսի ակնհայտ կրողներ և ամենից քիչն են իրավասու բարձրաձայնել քաղաքականացված սպորտի մասին։
Ցանկանում եմ ևս մեկ անգամ նշել, որ այս պահին միջազգային կառույցներում՝ բռնցքամարտի միջազգային ֆեդերացիայի կողմից (ԱԻԲԱ), քննություն է ընթանում՝ ՀԲՖ-ում տեղի ունեցած ֆեդերացիայի նախագահի ընտրությունների և դրա ընթացքում թույլ տրված կանոնակարգային խախտումների հետ կապված։ Այս իսկ պատճառով ես, որպես ՀԱՕԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար, պարտաստվում եմ ՀԱՕԿ գործադիր մարմնի առաջիկա նիստին առաջարկել, որպեսզի Հայաստանի բռնցքամարտի ֆեդերացիայի անդամակցությունը ՀԱՕԿ-ին, ժամանակավորապես սառեցվի։ Իսկ քննության ավարտից հետո՝ ստացված եզրակացության հիման վրա, մենք կորոշենք մեր հետագա քայլերը։
Ի վերջո մեկ բան պետք է հստակ հասկանան բոլորը, որ Հայաստանի բռնցքամարտի ֆեդերացիան թատերաբեմ չէ, որտեղ ամեն ոք, իր սեփական ներկայացումը խաղալով, փորձի սպասարկել միայն սեփական շահերը՝ խոչընդոտելով հայկական բռնցքամարտի զարգացման բնականոն ընթացքն ու կայունությանը։
