Այն, ինչ այս օրերին կատարվում է ԲՀԿ—ի դեմ, այլ կերպ քան տեղեկատվական տեռոր որակավորել հնարավոր չէ

Շավարշ Բզնունյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Այն, ինչ այս օրերին կատարվում է ԲՀԿ—ի դեմ, այլ կերպ քան տեղեկատվական տեռոր որակավորել հնարավոր չէ։ Բավական է թեթևակի դիտարկել կայքերը և անմիջապես ակնհայտ է դառմնում ուղղորդված հակաքարոզչությունը և տեղեկատվական գրոհը ԲՀԿ-ի հանդեպ։ Իսկ պատճառը, բնականաբար, արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների թեման է։


Թեման համապետական նշանակություն ունի և բնական է, որ ցանկացած քաղաքական ուժ կարող է և պետք է ունենա դրա վերաբերյալ իր անհատական դիրքորոշումը։ Որքան ավելի բազմազան լինեն դիրքորոշումները, այնքան ավելի հասուն է Հայաստանի քաղաքական դաշտը։ Թվում է թե այս հանգամանքը պետք է ողջունվեր, այնինչ սա բերել է իսկական ուղղորդված տեղեկատվական տեռորի ընդդեմ ԲՀԿ-ի։ Տարբեր կայքերը այսօր ծփում էին «ԲՀԿ-ն միացավ ՀՀԿ-ին» տիպի հոդվածներով և «վերլուծություններով»։

Այնինչ նման պնդումը ուղղակի ստոր սուտ է, քանի որ ԲՀԿ-ն այն ուժն է, որ առաջինը միացավ համաժողովրդական շարժմանը և ԲՀԿ-ի ու ՀՀԿ—ի միջև արհեստականորեն ընդհանրություն մտցնելը առնվազն ուղղորդված ինֆորմացիոն հարձակում է․
Նախ ԲՀԿ-ն երբեք չի ասել, որ դեմ է արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին, իսկ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինայնի՝ խմբակցությունների հետ խորհրդակցություններ սկսելու մասին հայտարարությունից հետո առաջինն էր, որ արձագանքեց այդ հայտարարությանը և նշեց, որ պատրաստ է քննարկումների։

ԲՀԿ-ն այսօր պարզապես նշում է, որ արտահերթ ընտրությունները չպետք է լինեն ինքնանպատակ, չպետք է լինենշուտափույթ, հապճեպ կարգով, այլ պետք է անցկացվեն խելամիտ ժամկետներում։ Չի կարելի հեղափոխական էյֆորիայի ալիքի վրա համապետական ընտրություններ կատարել, այլ ճիշտ է սպասել, որ էյֆորիան անցնի, քանի որ միայն այդ դեպքում ընտրությունները իսկապես կարտահայտեն հասարակության մեջ տիրող քաղաքակիան տրամադրությունները։

ԲՀԿ-ն հենց սկզբից փաստել և ընդունել է, որ Հայաստանում ստեղծվել է նոր իրավիճակ, որը պետք է իր արտահայտությունը ունենա նաև ԱԺ-ում՝ արտահերթ ընտրությունների միջոցով, սակայն դա չպետքէ դառնա ինքնանպատակ, պետք է լինի կշռադատված որոշում՝ թե իրականացման մեխանիզմենրի, թե ժամկետների առումով։ Եվ այս հարցերով ԲՀԿ-ն միշտ պատրաստ է քննարկումների և խորհրդակցությունների, սակայն չպետք է մոռանալ, որ քննարկումները և խորհրդակցությունները նաև ենթադրում են մեկից ավելի տեսակետների առկայություն, այլապես էլ ինչ քննարկման կամ խորհրդակցության մասին է խոսքը։


Սա է ԲՀԿ-ի մոտեցումը արտահերթ ընտրություններին, և ցանկացած սեփական կարծիք կամ դիրքորոշում արտահայտելը կամ մեկնաբանել որպես «ՀՀԿ-ին միացում» առնվազն էժանագին քայլ է, որը նաև վկայում է դրանց ուղղորդված և հրահանգված բնույթի մասին։ Արտահերթ ընտրությունները անհրաժեշտություն են, սակայն անհրաժեշտություն է նաև դրանց ժամկետների և իրականացման համակողմանի քննարկումը, իրավիճակի վերլուծությունը և այդ ամենից հետո միայն այդ որոում կայացնելը;
