Կոտայքի մարզպետի համար ընդամենը 100 օրը բավական է նոր առանձնատուն կառուցելու միջոցներ կուտակելու համար

Վարդգես Սահակյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Կոտայքի մարզպետ Ռոմանոս Պետրոսյանը ընդամենը 100 օր է պաշտոնավարում, սակայն արդեն հասցրել է դրսևորել իրեն միայն վատ կողմերից։ Նախ այս մարզպետը աչքի է ընկնում նրանով, որ ամեն կերպ փորձում է հերքել մամուլի ցանկացած հրապարակում իր մասին՝ չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ դրանք միայն ճշմարտությունն են ներկայացնում։
Սկզբում մարզպետը ամեն կերպ հերքում էր, որ մարզի գյուղապետերին սպառնալիքներով ստիպում էր հրաժարական տալ, հետո սկսեց հերքել, որ աղանդավորական կազմակերպության ներկայացուցիչ է, իսկ հիմա ամեն կերպ փորձում է հերքել, որ մարզում իր համար մեծ առանձնատուն է կառուցում։
Բայց փաստերը հակառակն են ապացուցում։ Հսկայական պարսպապատ տարածքի առաջ նոր թարմ ասֆալտ է արվել, ընդ որում արվել է մարզի բյուջեից հատկացված միջոցներով։ Անգամ անտեղյակ մարդը կպնդի, որ եթե որևէ տարածք պարսպապատվում է, իսկ հետո նոր թարմ ասֆալտով ասֆալտապատվում է դեպի այնտեղ տանող ճանապարհը, ուրեմն այդ տարածքի հետ կապված հեռահար նպատակներ կան, և այն, որ այդտեղ մարզպետը առաձնատուն է կառուցում, միանգամայն անկհայտ փաստ է, ոչ թե ենթադրություն։
Այդ մասին հրապարակումներ են եղել նաև մամուլում, սակայն մարզպետը իր սովորության համաձայն կրկին հերքում է մամուլում եղած հրապարակումները։ Բայց որքան էլ մարզպետը հերքի ակնհայտը, բավական է մի փոքրիկ շրջայց կատարել դեպի այդ տարածքը և անմիջապես պարզ կդառնա, որ դա ապագա մեծ առանձնատան տարածք է։
Մարզպետը պետք է հասկանա, որ չի կարող անվերջ հերքել այն, ինչի մասին գիտեն և խոսում են բոլորը։ Ի դեպ, Ռոմանոս Պետրոսյանի դեպքում փաստորեն ընդամենը 100 օրվա պաշտոնավարումը լիովին բավական է՝ նոր մեծ առանձնատուն կառուցելու միջոցներ կուտակելու համար, ձեռքի հետ էլ այդ առաձնատուն տանող ճանապարհը մարզի միջոցներով թարմ ասֆալատապատելու համար։
Ժամանակն է, որ մարզպետը վերջապես գիտակցի, որ պետք է զբաղվի մարզի խնդիրներով, այլ ոչ թե մարդկանց ահաբեկելով, սեփական մարդկանց պաշտոնների տեղավորելով և սեփական բարեկեցութունը ապահովելով։
