Կոտայքի մարզպետը շարունակում է հմուտ ստել


Գուրգեն Սահակյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ օրեր առաջ և օրեր շարունակ լրատվականները ահազանգում էին այն մասին, որ Կոտայքի մարզպետ Ռոմանոս Պետրոսյանը, անհայտ գումարներով շքեղ առանձնատուն է կառուցում և որ այդ առանձնատուն տանող ճանապարհը ասֆալտապատվել է հենց մարզպետարանին հատկացված պետական գումարներով, այսօր ներքոնշյալ մարզպետը, մամուլի ասուլիս էր հրավիրել և պարզաբանումներ ներկայացրել, թե իբր այդ առանձնատանը, ոչ մի շինարարական աշխատանքներ չեն իրականացվել ավելի քան 4 տարի: Բանից պարզվում է, որ մարզպետի ճկունությունը դրսևորվում է ոչ միայն մարզպետարանի գումարները սեփական շահերին ծառայեցնելու գործում, այլ նաև հմուտ ստելու: Վերջերս արված, մարզպետի առանձնատան լուսանկարնեում ակնհայտորեն տեսանելի է, որ իրականացված ասֆալտապատումը նոր է, այն չէր կարող տարիների վաղեմություն ունենալ: Հաշվի առնելով նաև Կոտայքի մարզպետի անվան շուրջ անդադար շրջանառվող սկանդալային բացահայտումներն առ այն, որ նա իր աղանդավոր ծանոթ բարեկամենրին է պաշտոններ նվիրում, նախկին պաշտոնյաներին ստիպում է հեռանալ զբաղեցրած պաշտոնից՝ սպառնալով տալ նրանց ԱԱԾ-ի ձեռքը և առհասարակ մարզում նրա անվան նկատմամբ տոտալ դժգոհությունները, կարելի է ասել, որ մարզպետի ամբիցիաները դեռ նոր են գլուխ բարձրացնում, քանի որ գնալով նա իրեն դրսևորում է որպես բռնապետ և ոչ ոքի կարծիքի կամ վաստակի հետ հաշվի չի նստում: Նման մարզպետի գոյությունն ընդհանուր առմամբ ոչ միայն վնաս է մարզի զարգացմանն ու ծաղկմանը, այլ նաև վնաս է բնակչության համար, քանի որ նրա կողմից իրականացված կադրային ջարդի արդյունքում բազմաթիվ ընտանիքներ գործազրկության են մատնվել, փոխարենն իր բարեկամներին է լավություն անում Ռոմանոսը՝ խցկելով նրանց տարբեր պաշտոններում, որոնցից անգամ գաղափար չունեն այդ մարդիկ: Ինչևէ Ռոմանոսի 100 օրվա կատարած աշխատանքների հաշվետվությունը իսկական հումորի երեկոյի է նմանվում այն համատեքստում, որ ներկայացված հիմնավորումներն ու նրա գործողություններն իրականում, բացարձակ տարբերվում են միմյանցից, ինչի վառ ապացույցը կրկնում ենք մարզում հասունացած խորը հասարակական դժգոհությունն է:
