Ոստիկանությունը թիկնազոր է տրամադրում, իսկ հետո պայքարում թիկնազորերի դեմ

Սմբատ Ավագյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Երկու օր առաջ Ոստիկանությունը բառիս բուն իմաստով «ասֆալտին է փռել» ԲՀԿ ավագանու թեկնածու Մարկոս Հարությունյանին՝ իբր թիկնազորով շրջելու համար, ընդ որում այն դեպքում, երբ նա ընդհանրապես չունի թիկնազոր: Հասկանալի է, որ ապօրինի թիկնազորերի դեմ պայքարի մոլուցքը Ոստիկանությանը այնքան է կուրացրել, որ նրա աչքին ցանկացած երկու-երեք իրար հետևրից երթևեկող մեքենաները թվում են ապօրինի զինված թիկնազորեր:
Մարկոս Հարությունյանը ԲՀԿ համակիրների հետ Շենգավիթից գնալիս է եղել Աջափնյակ, բայց Ոստւիկանությունը չգիտես ինչու որոշել է, որ դա ապօրինի և զինված շարասյուն է: Նրանց կանգեցրել են, պառկացրել ասֆալտին, նկարահանել ողջ այդ պրոցեսը, ապա ուղղակի բաց թողել ու հեռացել, ընդ որում առանց որևէ բացատրություն տալու կամ գոնե ներողություն խնդրելու: Ստացվում է, որ նպատակը շոու սարքելն ու մի բան նկարելն է եղել ընդամենը, ինչի թիրախում հայտնվել է ԲՀԿ ավագանու թեկնածուն:
Ընդ որում հետաքրքիր է, որ այսօր ամենամեծ թիկնազորային ծառայություն մատուցող մարմինը Ոստիկանությունն է, որը թիկնազոր է տրամադրում ֆիզիկական անձանց, աշխատում մեծ գումարներ, իսկ հետո պայքարում է այդ թիկնազորերի դեմ: Սա առնվազն զավեշտ է:
Պարզապես Ոստիկանությունը մնացել է շոուներ սարքելու իր հին գործելաոճի մեջ, և այդ շոուների հերոս ակամայից կարող են դառնալ միանգամայն պատահական և ապօրինի թիկնազորերի հետ ոչ մի կապ չունեցող անձինք, եթե հանկարծ նրանց ճանապարհը խաչվի Ոստիկանության՝ «ռեյդ» անող որևէ խմբի հետ:
Ստացվում է, որ ընկեր-բարեկամներով միասին մի տեղ գնացող անձինք, որոնք իրար հետևից գնում են մի քանի ավտոմեքենայով, հանգիստ կարող են փռվել ասֆալտին, քանի որ Ոստիկանությունը կարող է հանկարծ դա համարել շարասյուն, այն դեպքում, երբ անգամ շարասյուն հասկացությունը սահմանված չէ վարչական օրենսգրքով:
Մի խոսքվո, շոուների ժամանակը ավարտված է, ասֆալտին պառկացնելու սարսափազդու տեսահոլովակների ժամանակը նույնպես: Այժմ գործ անելու ժամանակն է, հատկապես որ առջևում ընտրություններ են:
