Ֆեյսբուքը չի արտացոլում հասարակական տրամադրությունները. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ֆեյսբուքի և լրատվական դաշտի ակտիվ սպառողներին կարող է թվալ, որ Հայաստանում ընթացող քաղաքական պրոցեսները սահմանափակվում են այդ երկու ռեսուրսների շրջանակներում: Մանավանդ հիմա, երբ մի կողմից՝ իշխանության ներկայացուցիչներն են սոցիալական ցանցերի ակտիվ օգտատերեր, մյուս կողմից՝ իշխանության դեմ քարոզչությունն է իրականացվում հենց նույն այդ սոցիալական ցանցերով: Ինչ–որ առումով, իհարկե, ֆեյսբուքն արտացոլում է քաղաքական ուժերի հարաբերակցությունը երկրում: Բայց ամբողջական պատկեր տալու այն ունակ չէ, որովհետև ներկայացնում է բացառապես իշխանության, նրա կողմնակից և մրցակից ակտիվ խմբերի մտքերի փոխանակումը, բանավեճը, արդեն նաև հաճախակի դարձող փոխադարձ ատելության խոսքի դրսևորումները:

Սոցիալական ցանցերով և մեդիադաշտով քաղաքականության մասին դատելը հղի է մի մոլորությամբ, որի հիմքում այն գիտակցումն է, թե հասարակության մեծամասնությունը մեր օրերում այս կամ այն կերպ ներկայացված է այդ տիրույթներում: Իրականության մեջ, սակայն, անկախ նրանից՝ հասարակության քանի տոկոսն է գրանցված այս կամ այն սոցիալական ցանցում, նույն այդ հասարակության շատ քիչ հատվածն է հանդես գալիս ինֆորմացիոն ակտիվ սպառողի դերում:

Ինչպես նախկինում, այդպես էլ հիմա, երբ քաղաքական ակտիվ պրոցեսները իրենց արտացոլումն են գտնում սոցիալական ցանցերում, առավել քան երբևէ, հասարակությունն իր հոգսերով, սպասումներով, երազանքներով ու քաղաքականության մասին պատկերացումներով մնում է անտեսված: Այդ սպասումներն ու հոգսերը, պատկերացումները, ընդ որում, ի տարբերություն ֆեյսբուքի՝ չեն սահմանափակվում մեկ–երկու գույնի սահմաններում, և ի հակադրություն տարածված մտայնության՝ հայ հասարակությունը բնավ միատարր չէ իր նախընտրություններում ու հայացքներում:

Քաղաքականության հիմնական նպատակը հասարակության այդ սպասումները սպասարկելն է, այնինչ այժմ, երբ ակտիվ քաղաքական պրոցեսները տեղափոխվել ու տեղավորվել են սոցիալական ցանցերի ու ԶԼՄ–ների էջերում, այդ շահերի սպասարկումը մոռացության է մատնվում, կամ, որ ավելի վտանգավոր է, ստեղծվում է անկեղծ մտայնություն, թե հասարակությունը հենց սոցիալական ցանցերն են: Այս խզումը բերելու է վակուումի, եթե, իհարկե, արդեն չի բերել:
