Գյումրիում անցկացվեց հերթական աշխատանքի տոնավաճառը

ՀՀ աշխատանքի եւ սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության «Զբաղվածության պետական ծառայություն» գործակալության նախաձեռնությամբ, Գյումրու զբաղվածության մարզային կենտրոնի կողմից Գյումրիում սեպտեմբերի 7-ին անցկացվեց հերթական աշխատանքի տոնավաճառը: Այս անգամ տոնավաճառին մասնակցեց տարբեր ոլորտներ ներկայացնող 33 գործատու: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ տոնավաճառը մարզում արդեն 11-րդ տարին է անցկացվում՝ հնարավորություն տալով գործատուին գտնել պահանջված մասնագետին, իսկ աշխատանք փնտրողին՝ սպասված աշխատանքը:
«Գյումրին, որը գործազուրկների մեծ բանակ ունի, ունի նաև թափուր աշխատատեղեր: Այս տարի բավական շատ աշխատատեղեր ստեղծվեցին քաղաքում իրականացվող շինարարության շնորհիվ: Բայց նույնիսկ հիմա աշխատողների կարիք ունեն շատ շինարարական կազմակերպություններ: Աշխատատեղեր կան նաև թեթև արդյունաբերության ոլորտում: Այսօր մեր քաղաքի զարգացման ուղին պետք է դառնա թեթև արդյունաբերությունը»,-իր խոսքում նշեց Գյումրու քաղաքապետ Սամվել Բալասանյանը՝ կարևորելով արդեն պարբերաբար կազմակերպվող աշխատանքի տոնավաճառները:
Աշխատանքի տոնավաճառը կարևորեց նաև Շիրակի մարզպետի տեղակալ Սոֆյա Հովսեփյանը: «Կարևորում եմ այս օրը, քանի որ աշխատանքը այն կարևորագույն գործիքն է, որը պետք է Շիրակի մարզի զարգացման համար: Եթե տարիներ առաջ ասում էինք, որ չունենք աշխատատեղեր, ցավոք, այսօր խոսում ենք նաև այն մասին, որ կան թափուր աշխատատեղեր: Կուզենայի, որ մարդիկ մարզպետարաններ ու քաղաքապետարան դիմեն ոչ թե դրամական աջակցության, այլ աշխատատեղի պահանջով»,-ասաց Հովսեփյանը՝ հավելելով, որ այսօր մարզում մոտ 400 թափուր աշխատատեղ կա:
Տոնավաճառի ընթացքում «Հայկական Կարիտաս» բարեսիրական հասարակական կազմակերպության «Էմիլի Արեգակ» կենտրոնի «Առաջին ներառական փուռ և սրճարան Գյումրիում» ծրագրի և Գյումրու զբաղվածության պետական ծառայության միջև կայուն համագործակցության նպատակով կնքվեց փոխըմբռնման հուշագիր:
Գյումրիում պահանջվող մասնագիտությունները տարբեր են՝ այս պահին կա կոշկագործների, վարորդների, խոհարարների, գովազդային գործակալների, գորգագործների, ոսկերիչների, լրագրողների, բանվորների, ծրագրավորողների, բժիշկների եւ այլ մասնագետների կարիք:
