Գուրգեն Սահակյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Վերջերս, երբ գնալով ավելի է մոտենում Երևանի ավագանու ընտրությունների օրը, ինչ-որ «սամազվանեց» գրող-հրապարակախոս, արտասովոր և անկանոն շարժումներ է սկսել: Ինչի համար արտասովոր, որովհետև այս բազմագույնը գրեթե միշտ իր «կանացի» վիճակների մեջ է եղել` հեզ, հլու, հնազանդ: Չնայած այդ նույն հլու, հնազանդ լինելու գործոնն է ամենայն հավանականությամբ նրան դրդել ինչ-որ ուժերի քաղաքական ենթատեքստեր պարունակող հանձնարարություններ կատարել, այլ կանխավարկած այս «հղի» անձնավորության գործունեությունը բնութագրող, դժվար է գտնել: Խոսքը ոմն Արթուր Հայրապետյանի մասին է, ով առիթը բաց չի թողնում ինքնահաստատվելու, բոլոր այն թեմաների շուրջ ծավալվելով, որոնք վերաբերվում են ԲՀԿ-ին: Հասկանալի է, պոտենցյալ մրցակից հանդիսացող քաղաքական ուժի մասին է խոսքը, սակայն այդ աստիճան պրիմիտիվությունն ու դիլետանտությունը, հակառակ էֆեկտն են տալիս: Երբ գորղը քաղաքական իրադարձությունների վերաբերյալ ինչ-որ գնահատական է հնչեցնում, այն էլ բացահայտ կողմնակալ կերպով, դա ոչ միայն տհաճ է ու անհամադրելի, այլ նաև վտանգավոր: Հասկանալի է սրա դեպքում, որ դա համապատսխան հովանավորչության շնորհիվ է արվում, բայց լռել էլ չի կարելի ու հանրության աչքերում դրա նման պորտաբույծներին բացահայտելու պրոցեսն ամենաարդար բանն է այս պահի դրությամբ, որ կարող է տեղի ունենալ մեր իրականության մեջ, քանի որ շատերը ձգտում են հանրության անտեղյակության ֆոնի վրա սեփական վարկածով «իրականություն» կառուցել, որը կրկնում ենք վտանգավոր է և կարող է նոր քաղաքական ճգնաժամի առիթ հանդիսանալ, եթե դա տոտալ բնույթ սկսի կրել:

Ամեն դեպքում Արթուր Հայրապետյանը թող ականջին օղ անի, որ նման կերպ չի կարելի պայքարի դուրս գալ, դա առվազն ազնիվ չէ և անձնական վիրավորանքներ հնչեցնելուց առաջ մի պահ մտածի, թե դա ինչպիսի հակազդեցություն է ունենալու իր անձի հետ կապված:
