Գրեմինգերը պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել հնարավորինս աջակցել Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներին

ԵՐԵՎԱՆ, 5 ՍԵՊՏԵՄԲԵՐԻ, ԱՐՄԵՆՊՐԵՍ: ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահ Արա Բաբլոյանը սեպտեմբերի 4-ին ընդունել է ԵԱՀԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Թոմաս Գրեմինգերին:

Ողջունելով հյուրին՝ խորհրդարանի ղեկավարն ընդգծել է, որ Հայաստանը մեծապես կարեւորում է համագործակցությունը ԵԱՀԿ-ի հետ եւ հույս հայտնել, որ այցը կնպաստի փոխգործակցության զարգացմանն ու խորացմանը:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԺ լրատվության և հանրային կապերի վարչությունից, Ազգային ժողովի նախագահը կարեւորել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորման գործընբթացում ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների միջնորդությունը՝ որպես բանակցային գործընթացի հիմնական ձեւաչափ: «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորման հիմքն Արցախի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքի ճանաչումն ու իրացումն է», - ասել է Արա Բաբլոյանը:

Օրենսդիր մարմնի ղեկավարը մտահոգություն է հայտնել ԵԱՀԿ երեւանյան գրասենյակի գործունեության կասեցման առնչությամբ:

Անդրադառնալով ներհայաստանյան իրադարձություններին՝ ԱԺ նախագահը նշել է, որ ներքաղաքական որոշ հարցերի շուրջ ավելի վաղ մտահոգություններ էր հնչեցրել եւ այդ համատեքստում էլ իր նախաձեռնությամբ հանդիպումներ են կայացել երկրի վարչապետի, նախագահի եւ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի հետ:

Թոմաս Գրեմինգերի հետ զրույցում Արա Բաբլոյանն ընգծել է, որ խնդիրները պետք է լուծվեն Սահմանադրության գերակայության պահպանմամբ եւ որ լուծումներին ուղղված քաղաքական կոնսենսուսի պետք է գալ համապատասխան քաղաքական քննարկումների մթնոլորտում:

Թոմաս Գրեմինգերը, շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ընդունելության համար, ընդգծել է, որ այցի նպատակն է Հայաստանի հետ հարաբերությունների ու համագործակցության ընդլայնումն ու ամրապնդումը: Գրեմինգերը նշել է, որ թեեւ ԵԱՀԿ-ի հայաստանյան գրասենյակը դադարեցրել է իր գործունեությունը, սակայն կազմակերպությունը շարունակելու է բոլոր հնարավոր ձեւերով առաջ մղել Հայաստանի հետ համագործակցությունը:

ԵԱՀԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարը, կարեւորելով Հայաստանի եւ ԵԱՀԿ /ԺՀՄԻԳ-ի միջեւ ձեւավորված արդյունավետ համագործակցությունը, նշել է, որ վերջինս պատրաստակամ է Հայաստանին օժանդակել ընտրական բարեփոխումների գործընթացում:

Խոսելով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորումից՝ Թոմաս Գրեմինգերը փաստել է, որ իբրեւ ԵԱՀԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար՝ պատրաստակամ է հնարավորինս աջակցել ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներին:
