Կոտայքի մարզպետը դպրոցների գործերին անհիմն խառնվելու փոխարեն լավ կլինի իր գործով զբաղվի

Կարինե Գասպարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Այսօր համացանցում լուրեր շրջանառվեցին, որ Կոտայքի մարզպետի կողմից խիստ նկատողություն է հայտարարվել Գեղաշեն համայնքի միջնակարգ դպրոցի տնօրեն Նաիրա Բաբայանին՝ աշակերտներին միատիպ համազգեստներ պարտադրելու համար: Սա համացանցում բողոքի մեծ ալիք էր բարձրացրել, քանի որ սույն դպրոցի աշակերտների ծնողները նշում են, որ նման որոշման է եկել ծնողական խորհուրդը դպրոցի տնօրինության հետ միասին:

Մի քանի օր առաջ այս հարցին անրադարձ էր կատարել Կրթության և գիտության նախարար Արայիկ Հարությունյանը, ով շատ հստակ նշել էր, որ աշակերտների միանման հագուստի հարցը լուծում են դպրոցները և ծնողական խորհուրդները: Գեղաշենի դպրոցում հենց այդպես էլ եղել է. որոշումը եղել է ծնողական խորհդրի հորդորով, այլ ոչ թե տնօրենի պարտադրանքով:

Իսկ հիմա հարց. ինչու՞ է այս գործին խառնվել Կոտայքի մարզպետը և անհիմն նկատողություն տվել դպրոցի տնօրենին, եթե նման որոշումը առաջին հերթին ծնողներինն է, որոնք իրենց երեխաներին ուզում են տեսնել դպրոցական համազգեստով և դպրոցում բացառել կրթական հաստատությանը ոչ հարիր հագուստը: Բազմաթիվ ծնողներ նշում են, որ դպրոցական համազգեստը շատ օպտիմալ ու հարմար տարբերակ է բոլոր երեխաների համար:

Համացանցում այս հարցի վերաբերյալ նաև վրդովմունք է առաջացել, քանի-որ ծնողներն ու աշակերտները նշում են, որ վերոնշյալ դպրոցը Հայաստանի լավագույն դպրոցներից մեկն է, և դրանում իր մեծ ներդրում ունի հենց դպրոցի տնօրենը:

Այս պարագայում Կոտայքի մարզպետի նման քայլը առնվազն անհասկանալի է, թերևս մնում է ենթադրել, որ մարզպետը էլի խառնել է իր աշխատանքային պարտականություններն ու լիազորությունները: Եվ սա այն դեպքում, երբ իրականում միջնակարգ կրթության ոլորտում բազմաթիվ այլ խնդիրներ կան, որոնցով մարզպետը, չգիտես ինչու, չի ուզում զբաղվել:
