«Ունենք երկկողմ գործակցությունը նոր մակարդակի բարձրացնելու ռեալ հնարավորություններ». վարչապետն ընդունել է Ճապոնիայի արտգործնախարարին

ԵՐԵՎԱՆ, 3 ՍԵՊՏԵՄԲԵՐԻ, ԱՐՄԵՆՊՐԵՍ: Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն այսօր ընդունել է պաշտոնական այցով Հայաստան ժամանած Ճապոնիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Տարո Կոնոյին:

Երկրի վարչապետը ողջունել է Ճապոնիայի արտգործնախարարի առաջին այցը մեր երկիր և նշել, որ այն տեղի է ունենում Հայաստանի համար կարևոր՝ ժողովրդավարական փոփոխությունների շրջանում: «Նախորդ տարի տոնում էինք հայ-ճապոնական դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների հաստատման 25-ամյակը, որոնք կարելի է բնութագրել որպես արդյունավետ և դինամիկ զարգացող: Միևնույն ժամանակ կարծում եմ, որ ունենք ռեալ հնարավորություններ՝ երկկողմ գործակցությունը նոր մակարդակի բարձրացնելու և հատկապես տնտեսական կապերը խթանելու համար», - ասել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

Ճապոնիայի ԱԳ նախարարը համակարծիք է եղել ՀՀ վարչապետի հետ, որ երկու երկրների փոխգործակցությունը զարգացման և խորացման մեծ ներուժ ունի տարբեր ոլորտներում: «Ինձ համար պատիվ է այցելել Հայաստան: Այսօր եղել եմ «Թումո» ստեղծարար տեխնոլոգիաների կենտրոնում և տպավորված եմ Հայաստանի տեխնոլոգիական ոլորտի կրթական մոդելով: «Թումո»-ն այն տեղերից է, որտեղ ևս կարող ենք միասին աշխատել: Պատրաստ ենք քննարկել տնտեսության բնագավառում մեր համագործակցության խորացման հեռանկարները», - նշել է նա:

Վարչապետ Փաշինյանն անդրադարձել է Հայաստանում ձևավորված նոր քաղաքական ու տնտեսական իրավիճակին և իրականացվող բարեփոխումներին՝ մասնավորապես, կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի, ներդրումային և բիզնես միջավայրի բարելավման ուղղություններով: Ճապոնիայի ԱԳ նախարարը ողջունել է Հայաստանում կատարվող ժողովրդավարական փոփոխությունները և պատրաստակամություն հայտնել աջակցել կառավարությանն այդ գործընթացում:

Տնտեսական կապերի զարգացման համատեքստում զրուցակիցները կարևորել են այս տարի «ՀՀ կառավարության և Ճապոնիայի կառավարության միջև ներդրումների ազատականացման, խրախուսման և պաշտպանության մասին» համաձայնագրի ստորագրումը և վավերացումը։ Կառավարության ղեկավարը հեռանկարային է համարել տեղեկատվական և բարձր տեխնոլոգիաների, զբոսաշրջության, ենթակառուցվածքների, նորարարությունների ոլորտներում գործակցության զարգացումը: Ճապոնիայի ԱԳ նախարարը ողջունել է ՀՀ վարչապետի առաջարկը և պատրաստակամություն հայտնել քննարկել այդ ուղղությամբ քայլերը: Երկուստեք ընդգծվել է Հայաստանում և Ճապոնիայում երկու երկրների մշակույթի օրերի անցկացման անհրաժեշտությունը, կարևորվել է միջխորհրդարանական հարաբերությունների խորացումը: Զրուցակիցները պայմանավորվածություն են ձեռք բերել՝ ձևավորել համատեղ օրակարգ և ակտիվ աշխատել այն կյանքի կոչելու համար:

Վարչապետը կարևորել է նաև հումանիտար ու գործարար կապերի սերտացումը և այս նպատակով ՀՀ կողմից Ճապոնիայի քաղաքացիների համար մուտքի արտոնյալ ռեժիմի սահմանումը, որի շրջանակում նրանք կարող են առանց մուտքի արտոնագրի այցելել Հայաստան:

Կողմերը մտքեր են փոխանակել նաև տարածաշրջանային և միջազգային արդի հարցերի շուրջ: ՀՀ վարչապետը նշել է, որ Հայաստանը բարձր է գնահատում Ճապոնիայի հավասարակշռված դիրքորոշումը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության հարցում:
