ՀՀ վարչապետն Ամուլսարի հանքի շահագործման հարցով վերջնական եզրակացության համար ևս մեկ միջազգային փորձաքննության անհրաժեշտություն է տեսնում

ԵՐԵՎԱՆ, 2 ՍԵՊՏԵՄԲԵՐԻ, ԱՐՄԵՆՊՐԵՍ: Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն անդրադարձել է Ամուլսարի հանքի շահագործման խնդրին: «Ֆեյսբուք»-ի ուղիղ եթերի ընթացքում ՀՀ վարչապետն ընդգծեց, որ բնապահպանական տեսչական մարմինը Ամուլսարում որոշակի ստուգումներ է իրականացրել, որոնց արդյունքները հնարավորություն են տալիս որոշակի միջանկյալ եզրակացությունների գալ: «Բայց վերջնական եզրակացության գալու համար մեզ հարկավոր է լինելու իրականացնել ևս մեկ միջազգային փորձաքննություն: Հիմա դուք տեղյակ եք, որ Ամուլսարի հետ կապված քրեական գործ է հարուցված քննչական կոմիտեում, և քննչական կոմիտեն հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակներում պիտի նշանակի փորձաքննություն: Շատ կարևոր է, որ այդ փորձաքննությունը իրականացվի միջազգային հեղինակավոր փորձագիտական կազմակերպության կողմից, որպեսզի այդ փորձաքննության արդյունքներն ընդունելի և անառարկելի լինեն ոչ միայն հայ հանրության, Հայաստանի կառավարության, այլ ընդհանրապես միջազգային հանրության կողմից, որովհետև սա չափազանց կարևոր հարց է»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ ընդգծեց Փաշինյանը:

Վարչապետը շեշտեց, որ Ամուլսարի հանքի հետ կապված ՀՀ կառավարության որոշումները կարող են հիմնված լինել բացառապես անառարկելի փաստերի վրա: «Մենք ուզում ենք փարատել գոյություն ունեցող բոլոր կասկածները: Փարատել կամ դրականորեն կամ բացասականորեն: Այսինքն, մեզ պետք է տվյալ դեպքում քրեական գործի շրջանակներում ունենալ փորձաքննության այնպիսի արդյունքներ, որոնք ընդունելի կլինեն բացառապես բոլորի համար: Եվ ահա այս փորձաքննության արդյունքների հիման վրա մենք կարող ենք կայացնել վերջնական որոշումներ: Վերջնական որոշում ասելով նկատի ունեմ, որ մենք կամ կարող ենք տեսականորեն ունենալ + նշանով որոշում կամ ունենալ – նշանով որոշում: Ահա սա է լինելու մեր դիրքորոշուը, և այս դիրքորոշումը չի փոխվել վերջին ամիսների ընթացքում: Մեր դիրքորոշումն այն է, որ մեր որոշումները պետք է հիմնված լինեն անառարկելի փաստերի վրա: Եվ մենք հիմա աշխատում ենք անառարկելի փաստեր ձեռք բերելու վրա»,- ասաց նա:

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ցավով արձանագրեց, որ այս պահին իրենց ձեռքի տակ չունեն անառարկելի փաստեր, որոնք միանշանակ եզրակացության կբերեն: «Այո, կան որոշակի խախտումներ, որոնք արձանագտրված են, կան որոշակի մտահոգություններ, որոնք արձանագրված են, բայց մեզ հարկավոր են փաստեր, որոնք կլինեն անառարկելի, և կառավարությունը շարունակում է գտնվել այդ անառարկելի փաստերի հավաքագրման փուլում»,- եզրափակեց վարչապետ Փաշինյանը:
