Շանթ Հարությունյանին ասել եմ՝ ցանկացած պահի կհայտնվի ազատության մեջ, եթե համաձայնի առաջարկվող պայմաններին. Նիկոլ Փաշինյան

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն անդրադարձել է Շանթ Հարությունյանի գործին: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, ՀՀ վարչապետը «Ֆեյսբուք»-ի ուղիղ եթերում, պատասխանելով օգտատերերից մեկի հարցին, մանրամասնեց, որ վարչապետ ընտրվելուց հետո շատ արագ զբաղվել է Շանթ Հարությունյանին և նրա ընկերներին ազատ արձակելու հարցով: «Երբ այդ խնդիրը դրված էր, ինձ համար կարևոր էր հասկանալ, թե կառավարությունը ինչ օրինական լծակներ ունի, մասնավորապես, Շանթ Հարությունյանին և այդ գործով մյուս դատապարտվածներին ազատ արձակելու համար: Մենք գտանք այդ մեխանզիմը, դա հետևյալն էր. երբ այդ դե յուրե դատապարտված անձի փակ ռեժիմը փոխվում է, դառնում է բաց ռեժիմ, որից հետո նրան տրվում է արձակուրդ: Դրանից հետո 24 ժամ նա լինում է ազատության մեջ, պայմանով, որ պարտավորվում է ժամանակ առ ժամանակ գնալ ինչ-որ տեղ և թղթեր ստորագրել: Շանթ Հարությունյանը հրաժարվել է այդ մեխանիզմից օգտվել, որովհետև արձակուրդի համար պարտադիր է նրա կողմից դիմում գրելը»,- ասաց վարչապետը:

Վարչապետը մանրամասնեց, որ ինքը խնդրել է Շանթ Հարությունյանին ուղեկցել «Վարդաշեն» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի պետի աշխատասենյակ, որտեղ նրա հետ հեռախոսազրույց է ունեցել: «Նա ասաց, որ պահանջում է, որ իրեն արդարացնեն:

Ես նրան բացատրեցի, որ պարտավորվել եմ, որ հրահանգներ չեմ տալու դատական իշխանությանը և չեմ կարող զանգել ու հրահանգել, որ Շանթ Հարությունյանին արդարացնեն, որովհետև եթե մենք այդ ճանապարհով գնանք, սխալ տեղ կհասնենք: Ես ինքս էլ նույնկերպ համարվում եմ 2008թ. մարտի 1-ի գործով դատապարտված անձ, ով համաներումով ազատ է արձակվել»,- ընդգծեց ՀՀ վարչապետը:

Վարչապետը հավելեց, որ Շանթ Հարությունյանը շարունակել է պնդել, որ համաձայն չէ նման որևէ պայմանով ազատ արձակվել: «Ես նրան խնդրեցի և ասացի, որ ճիշտ կլինի, որ հիմա այդ թուղթը ստորագրի և հայտնվի ազատության մեջ, և ինչպես ես եմ ժամանակին փաստաբանների միջոցով ՄԻԵԴ-ում պայքարել արդարացման համար, այդ ճանապարհով գնա: Բնականոն ճանապարհը դա է: Եթե մենք դատական համակարգին հրամաններ չենք տալիս, բնականոն ճանապարհը դա է: Ես նրան ընկերաբար խնդրեցի, ասացի, որ ճիշտ չէ, որ ես լինեմ վարչապետի աշխատասենյակում, իսկ ինքը քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում: Ես նրան խնդրեցի այդ քայլն անել: Ես ինքս էլ համաներումով դուրս եմ եկել, դա չի նշանակում, որ ես դադարեցրել եմ պայքարը իմ արդարացման ուղղությամբ»,- մանրամասնեց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

Վարչապետ Փաշինյանը շեշտեց, որ ինքը Շանթ Հարությունյաին ասել է, որ վերջինս ցանկացած պահի կհայտնվի ազատության մեջ, եթե համաձայնվի առաջարկվող մեխանիզմին: «Դրանից հետո ընդունել եմ նրա որդուն, նրան ներկայացրել եմ իրավիճակը, նրան էլ փոխանցել եմ, որ Շանթին խնդրի համաձայնվել այդ պամաններին:

Ինձ համար զարմանալի է, որ իմ մամուլի խոսնակի պարզաբանումից հետո ասում են, թե կառավարությունը ստում է: Հույս ունեմ, որ բոլորս հասկանում ենք, որ բանտը մի տեղ չէ, որտեղից բանավոր խոսքով դուրս են գալիս: Որպեսզի որևէ մեկը մարդու համար բացի բանտի դռները, դրա համար պետք է լինի դե յուրե փաստաթուղթ: Մենք չենք ուզում ապրել մի երկրում, որտեղ վարչապետի զանգով բանտի դռները ինչ-որ մեկի առաջ կբացեն և նույն այդ զանգով որևէ մեկը կհայտնվի բանտում»,- նշեց Փաշինյանը:
