4 միլիոն դոլարի պարտավորությունները չկատարելու համար Պալաչը նախաձեռնեց ինքնասննկացման գործընթաց

Արման Հարոյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Պալաչ, մարդ, ում անունը կապված է «Քինգ Դելյուքս» և «Տրանս Կոմֆորտ» ՍՊ ընկերությունների հետ, որոնք հիմնվել էին բանկից վերցրած վարկերով։ Պատկերացրեք, թե ինչ խոշոր գումար է պետք, 2 ընկերություն հիմնելու համար, բնականաբար էս «խելոքը» հայրական տունը ու մի քանի այլ բիզնեսներ է գրավ դնում, պարտքեր է վերցնում ընկերներից, ու իր անհեթեթ գործունեության հետևանքով սննկանում է։ Այս դեպքը Հայաստանյան իրականության մեջ նորմալ է, նման դեպքերը շատ են, բայց սա առանձնացավ մնացածից, քանի որ սննկացողը փորձում էր սննկացման մեջ մեղադրել այլոց։

Մանրամասնեմ՝ 20 տարուց ավել աշխատող «Գագիկ Ծառուկյան» բարեգործական հիմնադրամի ավտոբուսները սկսեցին սպասարկել այն երթուղին, որը սպասարկում էին Պալաչի ընկերությունների ավտոբուսները։ Սա իմանալով, Պալաչը փորձում է առիթից օգտվել, ու մեղադրել բարեգործական հիմնադրամին։ Ու դա անում է մի մարդ, ում այլևս ոչ ոք չի հարգում, իր ստոր վարվելակերպի համար։ «Քինգ Դելյուքս» ընկերության նախկին տնօրեն Արթուր Դալաքյանը մանրամասնում է սննկացման պատճառները, իր խոսքում բացահայտելով բազմաթիվ փաստեր, այս անշնորհակալ մարդու մասին։
Դալաքյանի խոսքով վարկերով բացված ընկերությունները աշխատել են մեծ շահույթով, ու դրանից ոգևորված Պալաչը գումարները բանկին վերադարձնելու փոխարեն, երկրից դուրս է հանել այնտեղ այլ բիզնեսներ հիմնելու նպատակով։
Երկրորդ բացահայտումը՝ պարզվում է Պալաչը չինական 2 ընկերությունների հանդեպ պարտավորություններ ուներ, մոտ 4 մլն․դոլարի, որի որոշ մասը պետք է վճարեր ամեն եռամսյակը մեկ, սակայն ոչ մի լումա չի վճարել։ Ասվածից պարզ է դառնում, որ Պալաչը դիտավորությամբ իրեն սննկացրել է, օտարերկրյա ընկերությունների հանդեպ պարտավորությունները չկատարելու համար։
Եվ երրորդ բացահայտումը այն է, որ Պալաչի կողմից գրավադրված հայրական տունը,որը բանկը վերցնում էր՝ գրավը չվճարելու պատճառով, Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը վերադարձրել է Պալաչի ծնողներին, վճարելով հսկայական գումարներ, ու նրանց անօթևան չթողնելով։
Այս ամենը իմանալուց հետո, դժվար թե գտնվի ինչ որ մեկը, ով կհավատա Պալաչի ասածներին։
Հուսանք միտումնավոր սննկանալու մասին մեղադրանքի բուն էությունը բացահայտելուց հետո, Պալաչը պատասխանատվություն կկրի օրենքի ամբողջ խստությամբ:
