Պալաչի խարդախությունը բացահայտվում է. Օղակը սեղմվեց

Սևակ Հակոբյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Նոր հանգամանքներ են ի հայտ գալիս Պալաչի՝ Արթուր Հարությունյանի վերջերս ՀՔԾ-ում ներկայացրած բողոքի առնչությամբ, ինչը թույլ է տալիս արդեն իսկ հստակ ասել, որ այս մարդն ուղղակի խարդախ է ու խաբեբա: Փաստորեն, Պալաչը երախտամոռ լինելով հանդերձ, ոչ միայն չի գնահատել Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի այն մեծահոգի քայլը, երբ նա իր հայրական տունը վերադարձրեց Պալաչի ծնողներին, դեռ մի բան էլ, իր կողմից իրականացրած, կանխամտածված սնանկացման գործընթացում փորձում է մեղավորներ գտնել ի դեմս «Գագիկ Ծառուկյան» բարեգործական հիմնադրամի: Այսօր արդեն կա հստակ տեղեկատվություն, որ Պալաչը միտումնավոր է բռնել սնանկացման ուղին, որպեսզի չվճարի պայմանագրով նախատեսված, չինական ընկերությանը վճարվելիք 4 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար գումարը: Գործից տեղյակ անձի, այդ ժամանակ Պալաչի ընկերությունների տնօրեն հանդիսացող Ա. Դալաքյանի հավաստմամբ, այդ պայմանագրով նախատեսված պարտավորությունների անգամ 1%-ը չի կատարել Պալաչը, իսկ դա արդեն իսկ վկայում է, որ նա ծրագրված կերպով է գնացել սնանկացման: Բացի դա, տարիներ առաջ, երբ Պալաչը նորից նույն հայցով դիմել էր ՏՄՊՊՀ, ուսումնասիրությունների արդյունքում պարզ է դարձել, որ բարեգործական հիմունքներով իրականացվելիք ուղևորափոխադրումները ոչ մի կերպ չեն կարող ազդել շահույթ հետապնդող ընկերության նույն գործունեությանը և դրանից հետո գործը կարճվել է, ինչից հետո էլ նույն Պալաչը հրապարակավ ներողություն խնդրեց Ծառուկյանից, ապավինելով նրա մեծահոգությանը: Բացի դա Պալաչի ընկերությունների գործունեության սպեկտորն այնքան լայն էր, որ միայն այդ երթուղում զուգահեռաբար գործող անվճար երթուղայիններն ուղղակի չէին կարող սնանկացման պատճառ հանդիսանալ, դա էժանագին սուտ է: Եվ անգամ այն ժամանակ, երբ այս ոչնչությունը սնանկացել էր արդեն, Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը կրկին անգամ մեծահոգություն է դրսևորել և 200.000 ԱՄՆ դոլար առձեռն հանձնել են Պալաչին: Այդ գումարներն այս խաղամոլը կրկին մխսելով, անգամ չի էլ մտածել ինչ-որ կերպ կոմպեսացնել այն վնասը, որը հասցրել էր ինքը իր մտերիմներին ու հարազատներին, նրանց գույքը բանկերին թողնելով: Այսքանից հետո, ինչպես կարող է մարդ կրկին անգամ այդքան թուքումուրը կուլ տալ և փորձել նորից ինչ-որ փոխհատուցումներ ստանալ, առնվազն Պալաչի գիտակցության հետ ինչ-որ բան այն չէ, հակառակ դեպքում նա իր իսկ կողմից տարիներ առաջ կազմակերպված հանցագործ տարրեր պարունակող «աֆիոռան» ջրի երես չէր հանի: Հետազոտվելու կարիք ունի այս մարդն ու շատ լուրջ:
