Չստացված շուլերը դեռ չգիտի, որ ընկնելու է իր իսկ փորած փոսը

Սոֆյա Ասատրյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Հանրության մեջ ինտենսիվորեն պտտվում են լուրեր, որ «Քինգ դելյուքս» և «Տրանսկոմֆորտ» ընկերությունների նախկին սեփականատեր ու սկսնակ աֆերիստ «պալաչ» մականունով Արթուր Հարությունյանը դիմել է ՀՔԾ, բողոք ներկայացնելով այն մասին, որ «Գագիկ Ծառուկյան» բարեգործական հիմնադրամը իր շուկա մուտք գործելուն է խոչընդոտել և շուկայից նրան դուրս մղելու փորձ է արել, ապա վերջինիս սնանկացումից հետո վերագնել իր ընկերությունները:
Սկսենք նրանից, որ Հարությունյանը ուղղակի չստացված ձեռներեց է և ուղղակի հիմար, քանի որ ոչ մի բիզնեսի համար վերցրած վարկը կատեգորիկ ցանկալի չէ ուշացնել, առավել ևս, երբ կա եկամուտ: Իսկ ինչ ենք մենք տեսնում իրականու՞մ: Ինչպես հարցազրույցի ժամանակ ասաց իր իսկ այդ ժամանակվա ընկերությունների տնօրենը, այս մարդը հենց առաջին եկամուտային գումարները ծաղսել է թանկարժեք մեքենաների, թանկ օբյեկտներում ժամանակ անցկացնելու, երկրից փողերը դուրս հանելու ու կազինոներում խաղալու վրա, հետևաբար պարզապես զրկելով իր բիզնեսը ֆինանսներից: Բայց արի ու տես, որ հիմնադրամը և նրա կատարած անվճար ուղևորափոխադրումները չեն թողել, որ բիզնեսը աճի: Բա որ անվճար տրասնպորտը չի թողնում, որ գիծդ աշխատի, ո՞նց է ստացվում, որ քո գնալուց ու ընկերությունների վերագնումից հետո, նրանք շատ լավ աշխատում են և բերում են եկամուտ: Եվ այդ ամենը այն ժամանակ, երբ անվճար փոխադրումները մեկ է ոչ մի տեղ չեն կորել ու առ այսօր լիովին գործում են: Տրամաբանակա՞ն է նրա բողոքը: Ո՛չ, սակայն տրամաբանական է այն, որ սա ուղղակի խաբեություն է սեփական հիմարությունների համար փոխհատուցում ստանալու համար:
Ի դեպ, փոխհատուցումների մասին: Շատ և շատ ձախողված բիզնեսմեններ կերազեին Պալաչի նման սնանկ ճանաչվեին: Հերիք չէ նա սնանկության վարույթի ավարտից հետո ստացավ բավականին մեծ փոխհատուցում, դեռ մի հատ էլ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն իր միջոցներով նրա ծնողներին հետ վերադարձրեց հայրական տունը, բենզալցակայանն ու ավտոլվացման կետը: Հետաքրքիրը այն է, որ միայն Ծառուկյանի մեծահոգությունը փրկեց նրա ծնողներին փողոցում մնալու վտանգից և հետ բերեց նրա «մոյկեն» ու «բենզակալոնկեն»: Համաձայն եմ, սա շատ առատաձեռն քայլ էր նրա կողմից, մենք բոլորս էլ գիտենք, թե ինչ մեծ սրտի տեր մարդ է Ծառուկյանը: Բա դու՞՞՞, Պալաչ: Սնանկ ճանաչվելով ու ստանալով երկրից մեծ գումարներ որպես փոխհատուցում, նույնիսկ հայրական օջախիդ (որը հենց դու էլ գրավ էիր դրել) վարկը չբարեհաճեցիր վճարել, որ ծնողներդ անօդեվան դառնալու եզրին չհայտնվեին: Եվ այս անմարդկային ու նույնիսկ ծնողի հանդեպ կարեկցանքից զուրկ խաբեբան, դեռ համարձակվում է մեղադրել հիմնադրամը իր «արդար և ազնիվ» եկամտաբեր բիզնեսը փլուզելու մե՞ջ:
Ի դեպ, մարդկայինության և անմարդկայինության մասին: Նույնիսկ Պալաչի ընկերությունների նախկին տնօրեն՝ Արթուր Դալաքյանը հարցազրույցի ժամանակ պատմեց, որ Հարությունյանը նախքան իր Հայաստանը լքելը խաբել և ֆինանսական առումով «քցել է» գրեթե իր բոլոր բարեկամներին ու ընկերներին: Դալաքյանը ասաց, որ նույնիսկ ինքն է տուժել Պալաչի խաբեբա ու ավելի շատ բորենուն, քան մարդուն, սազական կեղտոտ բնավորությունից:

Այս ամենն ամփոփելով, կարելի է տրամաբանորեն եզրակացնել, որ Արթուր Հարությունյանը ուղղակի չստացված շուլեր է, որը ընդունակ չէ բիզնես վարելու, բայց լավ գիտի միտումնավոր «սնանկ» ճանաչվելու և անմեղներին մեղավոր դարձնելու ձևերը, սակայն այս ողնուղեղով մտածող անձը, դեռ չի գիտակցում, որ 2 ոտքով ընկել է թակարդը, և որ շատ շուտով իր ամբողջ աֆերիստական գործնեության վերջը կգա:
