Պալաչի մախինացիայի վերջին «շտրիխը» նրան չի փրկի...

Անժելիկա Դանիելյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Ավելի քան երկու տասնամյակ, բարեգործական հիմունքներով Աբովյան-Երևան և Չարենցաված-Երևան երթուղիները սպասարկող «Գագիկ Ծառուկյան» հիմնադրամի նկատմամբ բողոք է ներկայացվել քաղաքացի Պալաչ Արթուր Հարությունյանի կողմից, ում պնդմամբ անվճար երթուղայինների պատճառով նա գնացել է սնանկացման: Պարադոքսալ այս պնդումն իրականում բոլորովին այլ ենթատեքստով պատմություն ունի: Տարիներ առաջ Պալաչը մեծ վարկ էր վերցրել իր գործը սկսելու համար, գրավ էր դրել իրեն պատկանող գույքն ու գործող բիզնեսները, պարտքեր էր վերցրել ընկերներից, հարազատներից և որոշ դեպքերում էլ անգամ նրանց գույքն էր գրավ դրել: Պալաչը զբաղվելու էր նույն երթուղու սպասարկմամբ, որտեղ արդեն տարիներ շարունակ անվճար հիմունքներով «Գագիկ Ծառուկյան» հիմնադրամի տրամադրած երթուղայինները իրականացնում էին իրենց ուղևորափոխադրումները: Գործի մեջ մտնելուց հետո, Պալաչը հայտարարեց, որ այդ բարեգործական երթուղայինները չարիք են, ինչից հետո հանդիպեց խորը հասարակական դժգոհության ալիքի և միայն դրանից հետո, հասկանալով իր կողմից արված հայտարարության հակահասարակական լինելու հանգամանքը, ներողություն խնդրեց Ծառուկյանից և հավելեց որ այդ երթուղայինները իրոք պետք են մեր հանրությանը: Սակայն դրանից հետո, Պալաչը փոխանակ բիզնեսից ստացված եկամուտները ուղղեր բանկերի տոկոսներն ու վարկերը մարելուն, մսխում էր դրանք կազինոներում, չափզանց ճող կյանքով էր ապրում և այդ շահույթները մնացած դեպքերում արտերկիր էր դուրս բերում՝ փորձելով այնտեղ բիզնես հիմնել: Տրամաբանական է, որ նման դեպքերում սնանկացման գործընթացն անխուսափելի է, ինչի մասին բազմիցս նրան ասել է նաև այդ ժամանակ իր ընկերությունների տնօրենը: Ինչևէ Պալաչի ինքնասննկացման գործընթացը մինչև վերջ նրա ծրագրածով էլ գնում է, նա սնանկ է ճանաչվում դատարանով և որոշակի փոխհատուցում ստանալուց հետո ուղղակի փախնում է Հայաստանից՝ պարտքերն ու վարկերը թողնելով հարազատների վրա: Անգամ նրա հայրական տունն էր գրավի տակ և ծնողները գտնվում էին փողոցում հայտնվելու վտանգի առաջ և երբ Պալաչը ուներ հնարավորություն գոնե իր ծնողների տունը նրանց վերադարձնելու, դա էլ չարեց, նա ոչ մի սրբություն չունի: Մինդեռ այս ամենը իմանալուց հետո, Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն իր միջոցներով հետ է գնում Հարություննյանների տունը և ևս երկու բիզնես ու հանձնում է նրա ծնողներին:
Պալաչի սնանկացումից հետո բանկը նրա ակտիվները վաճառեց «Մուլտի ավտոտրանս» ՍՊԸ-ին, ովքեր ներկա դրությամբ սպասարկում են այդ երթուղին նույն բարեգործական երթուղայիններին զուգահեռ և եթե սնանկացման պատճառն իրականում այդ երթուղայինները լինեին, ապա նանք ևս ըստ Պալաչի տրամաբանության կսնանկանային: Պարզ է, որ այս ամենը Պալաչի ծրագրած ինքնասնանկացման գործընթաց էր և հիմա նա փորձում է այդ մախինացիոն շղթան շարունակել և բողոք ներկայացնել «Գագիկ Ծառուկյան» բարեգործական հիմնադրամի դեմ: Սակայն իրավապահները պետք է հավուր պատշաճի ուսումնասիրեն այս ողջ պատմությունն ու Պալաչի ֆինանսական հոսքերը այդ տարիների բացահայտելուց հետո, պարզ կդառնա, որ հենց ինքն է այս ամենը կազմակերպել և հիմա էլ փորձում է էլի ինչ-որ օգուտներ քաղել, բայց ապարդյուն, նա երկու ոտքով է թակարդն ընկնելու, քանի որ նրա մախինացիայի վերջին «շտրիխը» բացահայտեց Պալաչի ողջ կանխամտածված հակաօրինական գործունեությունը, որը քրեորեն պատժելի արարք է: Եկել է հատուցման պահը, Պալաչն իր գործած չարիքի համար պետք է պատասխան տա օրենքի առաջ:
