Պալաչի մեղադրանքներն՝ ուղղված «Գագիկ Ծառուկյան» բարեգործական հիմնադրամին, զուրկ են իրավական որևէ հիմքից

Կարեն Հակոբյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

«Գագիկ Ծառուկյան» բարեգործական հիմնադրամն արդեն շուրջ 20 տարի է ինչ զբաղվում է անվճար ուղևորափոխադրություններով, թե Աբովյան-Երևան-Աբովյան, և թե Չարենցավան-Երևան-Չարենցավան ուղղություններով: Ցավոք մեր սոցիալ-տնտեսական վիճակը այն մակարդակի վրա է , որ մեր հասարակությունը իրոք ունի այդ անվճար երթուղղիների կարիքը, բայց կան որոշ ագահ և բարոյականությունից զուրկ մարդիկ, ովքեր այդ փաստը գիտակցել ցանկանալու փոխարեն , ցանկանում են միայն իրենց գրպանները լցնել և ապրել ցոփ և շվայթ կյանքով: Այդպիսի մարդկանցից մեկը Պալաչ մականվամբ Արթուր Հարությունյանն է, ով վերջերս է վերադարձել արտերկրից և բողոք է ներկայացրել «Գագիկ Ծառուկյան» բարեգործական հիմնադրամի դեմ:
Ըստ Պալաչի նա 2013 թթ. վերցնելով խոշոր վարկ հիմնել է «Քինգ Դելյուքս» և «Տռանս Կոմֆորտ» ուղևորափոխադրական ընկերությունները Աբովյան-Երևան-Աբովյան և Չարենցավան-Երևան-Չարենցավան երթուղղիներով: 2015 թ. Արթուր Հարությունյանի ընկերությունները հայտարարվում են սնանկ և նա հանդես է գալիս հայտարարությամբ ընդդեմ Ծառուկյանի: Ըստ նրա հայտարարության Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը օգտագործել է անվճար ուղղևորափոխադրությունները իրեն «Շուկայից դուր հանելու» համար: Այդ դեպքերից մի քանի օր հետո, գիտակցել իր խոսքերի անիրական լինելու փաստը, ներողություն է խնդրում Գագիկ Ծառուկյանից, շեշտելով , որ հասարակությունը սոցիալական վիճակից ելնելով կարիք ունի անվճար երթևեկելու:
Նշված դեպքերից հետո Հարությունյանը լքում է երկիրը, թողնելով բազմաթիվ պարտքեր և չկատարված ֆինասական պարտավորություններ: Պարզվում է , որ Պալաչը , որպես գրավ ներկայացրել է իր հայրական օջախը: Այդ ամենի մասին իմանալուց անմիջապես հետո, Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն իր անձնական միջոցներով ձեռք է բերում այդ տունը, նրանց պատկանող բենզալցակայանը և ավտոլվացման կետը, ու վերադարձնում Արթուրի ծնողներին, ցույց տալով իր մարդկային արժեքները, և աչք փակելով այն բոլոր տմարդի արտահայտոււթյունների վրա, որոնք Պալաչը հնչեցրել էր:
Լուրեր էին պտտվում , որ Արթուր Հարությունյանի սնանկացման առաջնային պատճառը եղել է այն, որ նա գումարները բիզնեսի մեջ դնելու փոխարեն «մսխել» է իր անձնական կարիքների համար, ձեռք բերելով թանկարժեք ավտոմեքենաների շարասյուն, այցելելով խաղատներ և գումարների մեծ մասը երկրից դուրս հանելով: Այս ամենի վերաբերյան խոսելով «Քինգ Դելյուքս»-ի նախկին տնօրեն Արթուր Դալաքյանի հետ, պարզվեց որ լուրերը ամբողջովին համապատասխանում են իրականությանը, և անգամ պարզվեց, որ Պալաչը փողերը դուրս է բերել Լեհաստան այնտեղ շարունակելու իր բիզնես գործունեությունը: Հարցին, թե ինչպես էին սկզբում ընթանում գործերը, Դալաքյանը պատասխանեց, որ ամենինչ շատ լավ էր, մինչև այն պահը, երբ Պալաչը սկսեց մուտք չանել գումարները:
Այնուամենայնիվ հիմա Պալաչը վերադարձել է , և ցանակնում է մանիպուլացիաների ու անհիմն մեղադրանքների շնորհիվ ինչ-որ բանի հասնի: Քննիչները այդ գործի վարույթով հսկայական աշխատանք ունեն իրականացնելու, քանզի առաջնահերթ պետք է լինելու պարզել , թե որն է ընկերությունների սնանկացման իրական պատճառը , և անգամ չի բացառվում, որ Արթուր Հարությունյանը ինքն է կանխամտածել իր սնանկությունը, ինչը որ քրեական օրհենսգրքի 193-րդ հոդվածի համաձայն ՝ քրեորեն պատժելի արարք է:
